In the exercise of powers conferred by paragraphs 6(2)(b) and 46(1)(a)<br />
of the <strong>Selangor</strong> Waters Management Authorit y Enactment 1999<br />
[Sel. En. No. 2/1999], the <strong>Selangor</strong> Waters Management Authority has prepared<br />
the <strong>Sungai</strong> <strong>Selangor</strong> Basin Management Plan <strong>2007</strong>-<strong>2012</strong>, which has been duly<br />
approved for implementation by the State Authority on 1 August <strong>2007</strong>.<br />
2. It is hereby published for public notice that the <strong>Sungai</strong> <strong>Selangor</strong> Basin<br />
Management Plan <strong>2007</strong>-<strong>2012</strong> contains policy and strategy as specified in the<br />
Schedule.<br />
3. The <strong>Sungai</strong> <strong>Selangor</strong> Basin Management Plan <strong>2007</strong>-<strong>2012</strong> may be inspected<br />
at the <strong>Selangor</strong> Waters Management Authority during office hours.<br />
