R.O.W. Shrub/Groundcover Palette (between sidewalk and street)
NOTE: These should be very drought-tolerant plants, preferably native, requiring a
minimum of care. In addition to the required two canopy street trees, there shall be a
minimum of seven Saw Palmettos installed in naturalized groupings in this strip fronting
each lot. There shall be a maximum of three other additional species from the below list
planted in large masses to help tie the other plantings together.
