NOTE: These should be very drought-tolerant plants, preferably native, requiring a<br />
minimum of care. In addition to the required two canopy street trees, t<strong>here</strong> shall be a<br />
minimum of seven Saw Palmettos installed in naturalized groupings in this strip fronting<br />
each lot. T<strong>here</strong> shall be a maximum of three other additional species from the below list<br />
planted in large masses to help tie the other plantings together.<br />
