8) Emergency dental treatment for the relief of pain
9) Gum treatment for cases like inflammation or bleeding
10) Temporary fillings
11) Simple extraction of unsavable tooth
12) Recementation fixed bridges, crowns, jackets, inlays / outlays

• Natural death - 10,000
• Accidental death - 20,000
• Loss of both hands - 10,000
• Loss of both feet - 10,000
• Loss of sight of both eyes - 10,000
• Loss of one hand and one foot - 10,000
• Loss of one hand and sight of one eye - 10,000
• Loss of one foot and sight of one eye - 10,000
