Tesero situato nel cuore della Val di Fiemme a 1000 m. di altitudine nel Trentino orientale, si
colora nel periodo natalizio di una atmosfera tradizionale che fa risalire le proprie radici al XVIII°
secolo. Il centro storico di questo paese di origini romane, si trasforma ogni anno nella caratteristica
collocazione dell’iniziativa “Tesero e i suoi Presepi”. Aspetto saliente dell’appuntamento è infatti
l’ambientazione proposta lungo un percorso dislocato nell’intero centro storico, alla riscoperta di
luoghi affascinanti fatti di leggende e suggestioni architettoniche uniche per la loro peculiarità e la
perfetta conservazione: le case costruite a ridosso l’una dell’altra, gli archi e le volte, le strette viuzze,
i pertugi e i cortili delle case, le stalle e le cantine sembrano essere parte di un unico grande presepio.
Da qui la magia della rassegna che ospita decine di presepi, frutto della fantasia e della creatività di
chi per passione si dedica all’antica arte del presepio. Dal 1965 l’Associazione Amici del Presepio di
Tesero opera in tale contesto con l’obiettivo di riscoprire e diffondere le tradizioni locali attraverso la
promozione di iniziative tese alla valorizzazione del ricco patrimonio storico, artistico e culturale non
solo della Comunità di Tesero e della Valle di Fiemme ma dell’intera provincia.
L’iniziativa ha saputo rinnovarsi e crescere con entusiasmo di anno in anno e richiama ogni edizione
oltre 25.000 visitatori.
Tesero liegt im Herzen des Fleimstals im östlichen Trentino, auf 1.000 m Meereshöhe. Während
der Weihnachtszeit taucht es in eine traditionelle Atmosphäre ein, die auf das 13. Jh. zurückgeht.
Der Dorfkern dieses Ortes römischen Ursprungs verwandelt sich jedes Jahr in den Schauplatz der
Veranstaltung „Tesero und seine Krippen“. Bezeichnend für diesen Event ist seine Abhaltung entlang
einer Strecke innerhalb des alten Dorfkerns, auf der malerische Winkel entdeckt werden können, die
aufgrund ihres architektonischen Aufbaus und ihrer guten Erhaltung einzigartig sind: die Häuser
liegen dicht aneinander an, die Bögen und Gewölbe, die engen Gassen, die Durchschlüpfe und Höfe,
die Ställe und Keller erscheinen als Teil einer einzigen großen Krippe. Darauf gründet die Magie
dieser Ausstellung, Dutzende von Krippen beherbergt: Schöpfungen der Phantasie und Kreativität
von Menschen, die sich aus Leidenschaft der alten Krippenkunst verschrieben haben. Seit 1965
verfolgt der Verein der Krippenfreunde Tesero das Ziel, das örtliche Brauchtum wiederzuentdecken
und zu verbreiten und dabei Initiativen zu fördern, die auf die Aufwertung der reichen Geschichts ,
Kunst- und Kulturgüter der Gemeinde Tesero, des Fleimstals und des gesamten Trentinos ausgerichtet
sind. Die Veranstaltung wusste sich ständig zu erneuern und zu erweitern und zieht Jahr für Jahr über
25.000 Besucher an.
During the Festive Season, Tesero, which is situated in the heart of the Val di Fiemme, in eastern
Trentino, at an altitude of 1000 m, is filled with a traditional atmosphere that goes back to the
18th century. Every year, the centre of the village, which dates back to Roman times, is transformed
into the characteristic setting of the event “Tesero e i suoi Presepi” (Tesero and Its Nativity Scenes).
The setting is in fact a significant aspect of this exhibition, which wends its way through the entire
village centre with its fascinating sites that are home to legends and charming architectural features
that are unique in terms of their particular style and perfect preservation. The terraced houses, the
archways and narrow streets, the small openings and the courtyards of the houses, as well as the
stables and cellars all seem to form part of a single, large nativity scene. And it is this that lends
an air of magic to the event, with dozens of nativity scenes created from the imagination of those
who dedicate themselves with enthusiasm to the ancient art of the nativity scene. Since 1965, the
Friends of the Nativity Scene Association of Tesero has been working to help rediscover and spread
local traditions by promoting initiatives that will turn to account a rich historical, artistic and cultural
heritage that does not just belong to the Community of Tesero and the Fiemme Valley, but also to
the whole province.
This initiative has been able to renew itself and to grow enthusiastically
year by year, attracting more than 25,000 visitor to each edition.
