La LINEA DI TAGLIO A CNC è specificatamente
progettata per ongi singola esigenza di taglio
e lama, e può raggiungere una capacità
massima di 80mm in diametro e di 6mt in
lunghezza.
Il movimento controllato del carro di taglio
offre una gestione precisa e settabile
dei parametri di avanzamento lama,
comporando una riduzione dell’usura
del’utensile e l’ottimizzazione dei tempi
ciclo. La precisione sulla lunghezza è data
da un motore brushless, che permette di
ottimizzare la produzione in automatico.
Il capiente caricatore garantisce un’elevata
autonomia per barre fino a 6mt.
Il sistema di scarico pezzo, è integrabile a
valle ad altre unità di lavorazione e permette
inoltre la gestione degli sfridi.
The simcut line is a controlled cutting
machine developped for each need of cut. It
can reach a capacity up to 80mm diameter
and 6mt lenght.
The controlled movements of the cutting
shifter offers a high precision and
programmable setting of the saw parameters,
improving the lifetime of the saw and having
a significant reduction of the cycle time.
The high precision on lenght is driven by a
brushless system that permits to optimize
automatic production.
Further units, as brushing and trimming
units, may be applied on the unload device,
which can handle the offcuts.
