LUZON: Rizal (Montalban). The type locality is most likely to be located in the general vicinity
of the Sierra Madre Range N and E of Montalban. Said region is the most important collection
site of Loher during the late 1890s to early 1900s. Cootes (2001) also adds Aurora and Quezon
provinces to the distributional range, and ‘epiphytic at elevations (of) about 1000m’, otherwise,
nothing is known about the habitat and altitudinal range of this species. Fl. Sept. .
