La robusta struttura degli elementi che la compongono quali basamento, colonna e tavola girevole, assicurano la massima garanzia di solidità e precisione di lavoro. La macchina è equipaggiata con un efficiente sistema di refrigerazione completo di pompa e vasca di decantazione di facile pulizia. La completa dotazione standard consente un rapido ed accurato fissaggio dei pezzi da lavorare. La RTV 530 è ideale inoltre per la rettifica di dischi freno di vetture e veicoli industriali per i quali è richiesta questo tipo di operazione. RTV 530 it has been engineered specifically for resurfacing flywheels and clutch pressure plates up to 510 mm (20”) diameter. The sturdy structure of the elements like basement, column and rotary table, assures the maximum level of rigidity and working precision. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant system complete with pump and removable settling tank easy to clean. The wide standard equipment allows an extremely fast and accurate set-up of the workpieces. Moreover the RTV 530 is suitable for grinding brake discs of cars and trucks for which this kind of operation is requested.
