Il massetto riscaldante<br />
Per la <strong>realizzazione</strong> dei pavimenti con<br />
riscaldamento incorporato viene impiegata<br />
la tecnica a massetto galleggiante con<br />
completo <strong>di</strong>stacco del supporto del<br />
piano <strong>di</strong> calpestio dalle strutture portanti<br />
orizzontali e dalle pareti <strong>di</strong> contenimento<br />
verticali. L’interposizione <strong>di</strong> uno strato<br />
isolante continuo orizzontale e lungo tutti i<br />
bor<strong>di</strong> rende ininfluenti eventuali movimenti<br />
<strong>di</strong>fferenziali e riduce al minimo le <strong>di</strong>spersioni<br />
<strong>di</strong> calore e i ponti termici. Per ogni ambiente,<br />
il piano <strong>di</strong>viene un vero e proprio pannello,<br />
grande quanto la superficie del locale,<br />
che emette calore con una resa termica<br />
tanto maggiore quanto più uniforme è<br />
la temperatura del pavimento stesso,<br />
