CAP LIFTSSIGMA series capping machines have a highoutput and require continuous high-speedloading.Bertolaso cap lifts have the following features:• automatic feed to the capping machine,eliminating the permanent need for an operator;• activation or interruption of cap feeddepending on the capping machine workingrate. A special sensor resumes loading whenthere are not enough caps in the orientationdistributionunit;• a large capacity stainless steel hopper toensure extended autonomy of the lift andcapping machine unit;• AISI 304 stainless steel construction. Thesee-through guards are made of special materialsuitable for use in the food industry;• electric control panel housing the on-offbuttons, in compliance with current safetyregulations.SigmaTo meet various requirements, Bertolasomakes two different models of cap lift:• BELT LIFT, MODEL EMN• PNEUMATIC FEEDER FOR SCREW-CAPS, MODEL A900ALIMENTATORE PNEUMATICO PER CAPSULE A VITE MODELLOA900.• I tappi vengono caricati manualmente in una tramoggia con capacitàdi 900 litri, da cui sono trasferiti, tramite un vibratore elettromagneticoed un elettroventilatore, al distributore.• É realizzato essenzialmente in acciaio AISI 304; di facile aperturaper una diretta sorveglianza e manutenzione. Può essere posizionatolontano dalla linea di imbottigliamento: le capsule vengono convogliateper mezzo di un tubo in plastica, sono cosi protette da polvere edumidità.• Un rilevatore di livello provvede a mettere automaticamente in funzionel’alimentatore allo scarseggiare dei tappi ed anche al suo arrestoquando la quantità ottimale è stata raggiunta.PNEUMATIC FEEDER FOR SCREW-CAPS A900• The caps are loaded manually into a hopper with a capacity of 900litres; from here they are transferred by means of an electromagneticvibrator and and electrofan to the distributor• It is mainly constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel; easy to openfor a direct inspection and maintenance. It can be placed far from thebottling line: the caps are conveyed through a plastic pipe, so that theyprotected from dust and humidity.• A level detector activates automatically the feeder when there areonly few caps inside it and stops it when the right quantity is reached.
