press [ ].
5 Press [ ] or [ ] to select a time zone and press
[ ].
6 Press [ ] or [ ] to select Date & Time and
press [ ].
7 Press [ ] or [ ] to select an item.
8 Press [ ] or [ ] to change the number or
select another date format and press [ ].
