Cosmo Dance<br />
La filosofia dell’ASD Cosmo Dance è “fare sport divertendosi”,<br />
qualsiasi sia la disciplina e qualunque<br />
sia l’età dell’iscr<strong>it</strong>to. Obiettivo primario è far amare<br />
lo sport e la danza anche a chi fisicamente non è<br />
dotato, a chi non ha musical<strong>it</strong>à e non riesce ad andare<br />
a tempo con il resto del gruppo. A chi probabilmente<br />
non diventerà mai uno sportivo o un<br />
ballerino, ma che sicuramente porterà un buon ricordo<br />
nel cuore per sempre.<br />
La Cosmo Dance attualmente lavora presso le palestre<br />
scolastiche della Quinqueremi e della Garrone<br />
ed offre i seguenti corsi:<br />
• Psicomotric<strong>it</strong>à - gioco sport 3-5 anni<br />
• Danza Moderna 6 -18 anni<br />
• Hip Hop 6 -10 anni<br />
• Breakdance 6 -18 anni<br />
• Body Dance 6 -10 anni<br />
• Preparazione atletica 6 -10 anni<br />
• Zumba F<strong>it</strong>ness dai 12 anni in poi<br />
• Posturale e Low Body per adulti<br />
• Total Body per adulti<br />
