The turret tool box is removed for easy access to the<br />
stuff inside. Note on the engine deck the C-rations,<br />
ammo & tool boxes, rolled tow cable and hose, tow<br />
chain, etc. Each individual item needs to be carefully<br />
painted, weathered, shaded, and highlighted, which is a<br />
lot of work (almost as much as the tank itself), but looking<br />
at the final result, it is absolutely worthwhile.<br />
A perfect shot for showing-off all of the various stowage<br />
items (all from the VP line). Note the gun calibration<br />
rods, made from plastic rod, and the pack of Lucky<br />
Strikes (and lighter) on the turret. These colorful items<br />
jump out of the drabness of the tank, drawing the eye<br />
into the details.<br />
