Our main focus is represented by door gaskets for upright cabinets and display coolers, refrigerated counters, cold rooms, blast chillers, shock freezers, etc. Thanks to the experience developed in this field, Frigo Po Srl can be considered the first Italian company specialised in the professional door gaskets selling of the most popular Italian and foreign refrigeration companies. We are the only one who invested 100% or 50% in the gaskets moulds purchases able to produce magnetic and non magnetic finished door gaskets, roll door gaskets, door gaskets cuts and custom made door gaskets. We also offer a wide range of refrigeration spare parts and accessories able to meet our customers demands. In addition, expertise and capacity of our staff together with prompt deliveries (within the same order date, latest by 24/48 hrs). SERVICES - For orders received within 11,30 a.m., the delivery will take place the same day. - Deliveries max. within 24/48 hrs. - Production of custom made door gaskets when the profile is among the ones of our catalogue. - Items supply outside of our catalogue. - Brema ice makers and original spare parts supply.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS the purchase of our products involves the complete knowledge and acceptance of the below sales conditions PRICES The prices of our offers as well as of our price list are not binding and could be subjected to modifications without further notice. Prices are intended as ex works, transportation and levies excluded. MINIMUM VALUE ORDER Business expenses are forcing us to add 13,00 € as charge of costs, for orders value less than 100,00 € (leftover stock deliveries excluded). PAYMENT The payment terms and relevant conditions are to be agreed upon with Frigo Po Srl and they are specified in the offer, proforma invoice and order confirmation. DISPATCH The supply dates have to be agreed with Frigo Po Srl. They are indicative and may not cause any claim for late delivery. PACKAGING Cardboard box, as standard packaging, included. Any special version will be debited at cost. TRANSPORT Ex works delivery (our plants). Goods are moved at the risk of the buyer even though they are sent carriage free. EXTRA CATALOGUE PRODUCTS A big quantity of items, not listed in our catalogue but part of the production of the companies we distribute, can be supplied upon request. No returns will be accepted. RESPONSABILITY Frigo Po Srl is not responsible about features listed in its catalogue and price list, which can be modified without further notice from manufacturers. After eight days from good receipt, no claim either replacement request, will be accepted. WARRANTY Warranty terms are those of manufacturers we distribute, on ex works basis. It is referred to goods quality and to production vices only. CLAIMS Any claims regarding the goods will follow by writing to Frigo Po S.r.l. immediately after taking receipt, with notes on the invoice and/or bill of lading, no later than eight days. Frigo Po Srl will promptly decide on how to rectify the situation by providing appropriate instructions regarding the matter. DISPUTES All disputes are governed by Italian law: competent court will be Reggio Emilia (Italy).
