conference & event preview During 2008, ShowStoppers co-produced US press panels at the IFA International Press Preview in Majorca. Press panels in Berlin featured journalists and bloggers from Business Week, USA Today, Crunchgear, PC World, CBS News, eWeek, engadget, technologizer, Into Tomorrow and Robert Scoble. For 2009, ShowStoppers and IFA again produced a preview event during CES in early January in Las Vegas; press panels that included selected US journalists and bloggers were invited to the IFA International Press Conference from 16-19 April; and press panels and other activities to complement the September press event in Berlin. Jens Heithecker, director of IFA at Messe Berlin said: “As a result of this collaboration we are able to give even greater consideration to the wishes and needs in particular of exhibitors, trade visitors and members of the media from North America.
