The REGO-FIX
The REGO-FIX ForceMaster (hereafter ‘FMA’) is a sensor system for measuring the retraction force of clamping systems – generally those of tooling machines. Accordingly of the type of clamping system interface, the appropriate FMA adapter is screwed into place and the entire system manually inserted into the clamping system. The basic unit can be turned on with the ‘On/Off’ button. The maximum force value (hereafter ‘max value’) in the measurement interval can be read on the display and saved or deleted using the buttons. The FMA can be connected to the corresponding mobile app. Max values can also be analysed, exported and assigned to machines in the REGO-FIX ForceMaster app. 4.2 Adapter Each FMA adapter features two parts: one inside (blue) and one outside (orange). Depending on type, the two parts are separable (HSK image on the left) or not (SK image on the right). Interchangeable adapters enable universal use of the FMA basic unit.
