Maintenance: In ‘simple’ cases, maintenance can be carried out by operating staff (instructed staff). ‘Simple’ refers to the limited list of work steps under ‘standard operation’. Any maintenance steps not included in standard operation must be completed by a qualified REGO-FIX AG specialist or a third person appointed by the REGO-FIX AG company. // Disassembly and disposal: This work must be completed by technical specialists or qualified staff. The corresponding staff need to be well acquainted with the applicable requirements (e.g. due diligence, safety, country regulations) or be informed accordingly. 2.5 Definition of residual risks Using technical products can be dangerous. Residual risks refers to any dangers which cannot be eliminated with constructive measures or safety equipment. The safety instructions in this operating manual point out the known residual risks, which have been identified by the manufacturer through risk assessment/risk mitigation on the basis of the DIN EN ISO 12100 standard. If any additional dangers come to light during operation, the operator is required to reports these immediately to the manufacturer.
