Taking Flight Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership Leaders celebrate institute’s new home Texas Woman’s celebrated the grand opening of the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership in fall 2021. The institute, including the Sue S. Bancroft Women’s Leadership Hall in Old Main, are hallmarks of our mission: to produce more women leaders for our state and beyond. First Lady of Texas Cecilia Abbott was there to herald our commitment to support women entrepreneurs and women in public service.
