Clopidogrel • Na een acuut coronair syndroom wordt het aanbevolen om Clopidogrel 12 maanden te continueren. • Risico for stenttrombose met ernstige complicaties is het grootst in de eerste 30 dagen na PCI, voor zowel DES als BMS. Stoppen Clopidogrel in de eerste 30 dagen is geassocieerd met 50x risicoverhoging voor stenttrombose. Dus Clopidogrel niet stoppen in de eerste 30 dagen!
