Butter Bean & Mushroom Goulash30 Ml Sunflower Oil1 Large Onion, Chopped250 G Mushrooms, Sliced2 Stalks Celery, Sliced1 Red Pepper, Seeded And Diced15 Ml Paprika1 Packet Royco Spicy Tomato & Onion Soup500 Ml Cold Water2 X 410 G Cans Butter Beans, DrainedSalt & Pepper, To Taste50 Ml Sour Cream (Optional)75 G Cheese, Grated1. Heat Oil And Sauté Onion Lightly. Add Mushrooms, Celery AndRed Pepper And Cook Until Soft. Add Paprika And Mix Well.2. Mix Soup Powder With Water, Add To Vegetables And Stir UntilThickened.3. Add Butter Beans And Simmer Gently For 15 Minutes, StirringRegularly.4. Season To Taste, Swirl In Sour Cream (Optional) And Top WithGrated Cheese.
