I have pleasure to invite you to the very special JCI Estonia Annual Conference. The<br />
conference theme is “Go Global” and the main aim is to shed light on activities in<br />
international business and various cultural environments. JCI Estonia Annual<br />
Conference expects many guests from the European countries.<br />
You should book September 19th to 21st in your calendar right away, for this is a<br />
unique opportunity to participate at the biggest conference in the Baltics that takes<br />
place on the sea. Cruise-ship Victoria will take us on board Tallinn-Stockholm-Tallinn<br />
route. The conference begins at 11:00 on Friday and the boat departs at 18:00.<br />
How to be successful on foreign markets? How to bring international business into a<br />
new country? How to handle cultural diversity?<br />
In order to spend time on board usefully, we have invited rare speakers to share<br />
their experiences:<br />
• Daniel Waidzunas, who talks about the beginning years of IKEA and its<br />
growth into an international corporation<br />
• Armin Karu, who has built up one of the largest entertainment companies in<br />
Europe (and has become the richest person of Estonia) – the Olympic<br />
Entertainment Group;<br />
Our programme also includes a JCI training on Global Corporate Social<br />
Responsibility, which is conducted by Henning Lyager from Denmark.<br />
In order to have fun on board, we have arranged for a Friday night theme party – “Ice<br />
Party”. On Saturday, we continue with a lavish Casino Royale Gala and TOYP<br />
ceremony. And naturally, we will have the “After After Party”.<br />
Full conference programme starts at 11:00 on Friday. The ship departs Tallinn at<br />
18:00 on Friday and returns at 10:00 on Sunday morning. The conference programme<br />
includes pre- and post-conference activities in Tallinn and Stockholm! (see more<br />
information in the attachment).<br />
Every guest can pick a suitable conference package and combine it with preferred<br />
accommodation options.<br />
Full package without accommodation is 130 euros (includes meals).<br />
