Power Cycle: An intense 30 minute ride with strong hills, jumps, sprints and runs focused on giving you the strongest ride you can pack into this great lunch time<br />

Total Pump Express: High powered intense version of Total Pump. 30 minutes of muscle burn for a total body sculpting workout to blast fat in no time flat.<br />

Power Yoga: A full body workout that promotes mental stability and concentration, this class incorporates a faster flow between moves to really ignite your body<br />

temperature and heat your muscles. Bolstering strength, stamina and flexibility this is a great class for yoga go-ers looking for an extra challenge.<br />

Abs Ablaze: A full 30 minutes of nothing but fire blasting exercises guaranteed to feel the burn. This is a perfect class to sculpt or tone your midsection for a<br />

smokin’ set of Abs.<br />

Belly Burn: This 30 minute quick blast class will have you coming back again and again. With all the movements focusing on each abdominal muscle this set will<br />

get you on the fast track to a 6 pack.<br />

Tabata: Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will<br />

blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you<br />

are looking for-NON-STOP ACTION!!<br />

Core Crunch: Crunch that core into shape with this center focused, speedy session. Working the abdominals, oblique’s and back this class is centered on building a<br />

stronger core, giving you better balance, strength and agility.<br />

Total Body Circuit: a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight. This fast-paced workout will have you sweating from<br />

circuit to circuit, developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. If you enjoy the intensity of TRX this session will be your new favorite class in no time!<br />

Dynamic Stretch: This deliciously slower paced class allows time to peacefully go deeper and really explore the posture and the moment. With an emphasis on linking<br />

breath with movement, mindfulness is cultivated which allows us to absorb the richness of the moment rather than moving through the motions. Tap into the<br />

peaceful place that resides within and leave class feeling refreshed, restored and relaxed.<br />

Indoor Cycle: A truly fantastic cardio class. Using stationary bikes the instructor simulates an outdoor bike ride that may include: traveling on flat roads, climbing<br />

hills, sprinting and jumps. In addition to the high caloric burn the lower body will tone and firm.<br />

Meditative Stretch: Release all your mid-week worries in this relaxing, restorative class with the intention to dissolve muscle tension and tightness. Create mindfulness<br />

by synchronizing movement with breath. Discover that “spa” moment in the middle of your gym week.<br />

Moga: Moga is a fusion of dance techniques, Horton technique, Pilates, and yoga. Heavy focus will be placed on strengthening and lengthening the back and<br />

hamstrings. This class is great for building core strength, flattening your belly, and developing long lean muscles. If you want your body to resemble a dancer’s this<br />

is the class for you!<br />

Pilates: Is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient<br />

graceful movements and improve overall musculoskeletal health.<br />

PiYo: PiYo is a unique combination of Pilates mat exercises, Yoga poses, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. It is fast paced, low impact, yet challenging<br />

high energy workout that is similar to Vinyasa style yoga. In this wonderfully dynamic class you will learn movements that elongate muscles, release tension,<br />

improve posture, deepen breath, strengthen the core, visibly improve muscle tone all while burning calories and improving your mind/body connection.<br />

Plyometrics: Is an intense style of exercise using jumping, bounding and other high impact exercises that focus on maximizing the stretch reflex of muscles. Aimed<br />

at creating a controlled impact with maximum power, Plyometrics bridges the gap between speed and power training. Designed to produce fast, powerful movements<br />

this highly effective training can have you shedding the pounds in no time. This intense training should not be done more than once a week.<br />

Spin’n’Sculpt: This is hard core class is designed for the mentally tough! It is longer than the typical spin class and incorporates weight training. A full body fat<br />

blaster just in time to rev up your metabolism for the weekend. Spin experience is required and don’t forget your water bottle.<br />

Step Plus: This workout’s primary focus is coordinated movements on and off the step to increase the fat burn in the lower body while getting the heart rate to<br />

least 60 percent of its max. It will consist of a warm up, step aerobics with a little funk, plus a little something else to include kickboxing, dancing, Pilates and<br />

toning exercises.<br />

Total Pump: Estep’s own! Designed and choreographed by our own instructors. This is an exciting, energetic weight training class that strengthens the entire body,<br />

regardless of gender. Class is performed to selected music using free weights, barbells and an aerobic step. You choose your weights based on the exercise and<br />

personal goals. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscles groups by using the most effective exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get Strong,<br />

Get Confident and DIG DEEP. You will tone your muscles and raise your metabolism to burn more calories 24 hours a day, even while you’re sleeping! The coupling<br />

Turbo Kick: The ultimate cardiovascular challenge that combines movements, patterns and agility training specific to the sport of kickboxing (includes many forms). A<br />

Yoga: This is a Yoga format eliminating the spiritual to accommodate the fitness oriented individual. You will learn how to breathe while moving from one pose to<br />
