4- Em Fevereiro de 2003 o CONSELHO DIRETOR DO RI<br />
Em sua resolução 273 aprovou o Projeto Piloto de 22 CYBER <strong>CLUB</strong>S,<br />
inclusive o do D <strong>4500</strong><br />
5- Em 03/01/04 o SITE do CYBER D <strong>4500</strong> entrou no ar<br />
dando início à formação do novo clube.<br />
6- Em 28/05/04 o Cyber foi admitido no RI com o nome oficial de<br />
<strong>ROTARY</strong> e-<strong>CLUB</strong> DISTRITO <strong>4500</strong>.
