Distâncias longas<<strong>br</strong> />entre a captação e a motobomba irão ocasionar formação <strong>de</strong> bolhas <strong>de</strong> ar e prejudicar o bombeamento.<<strong>br</strong> />2 - Prefira curvas <strong>de</strong> raio longo no lugar <strong>de</strong> joelhos e evite excesso <strong>de</strong> conexões nas tubulações, principalmente<<strong>br</strong> />na sucção. Instale uniões para facilitar a manutenção do equipamento.<<strong>br</strong> />3 - Sempre que a tubulação <strong>de</strong> recalque for superior a 20 metros na vertical, instale uma válvula <strong>de</strong> retenção<<strong>br</strong> />logo após a saída da bomba, e outra(s) a cada 20 metros, afim <strong>de</strong> proteger todo o sistema hidráulico contra<<strong>br</strong> />"Golpes <strong>de</strong> Aríete". Faça o mesmo em tubulações horizontais, a cada 200 metros <strong>de</strong> <strong>com</strong>primento.<<strong>br</strong> />4 - Evite ao máximo usar tubos <strong>de</strong> diâmetro inferior às bitolas originais apresentadas nas bombas,<<strong>br</strong> />principalmente na sucção, pois isto irá provocar aumento <strong>de</strong> atrito e perda <strong>de</strong> vazão. Para reduzir o atrito e<<strong>br</strong> />aumentar as vazões, instale tubulações conforme indicado no quadro 1, na pág. 03, à seguir.<<strong>br</strong> />5 - Complete <strong>com</strong> água toda a tubulação <strong>de</strong> sucção e o corpo da bomba antes <strong>de</strong> pô-la em funcionamento. Nas<<strong>br</strong> />motobombas autoaspirantes e autoescorvantes, on<strong>de</strong> não é o<strong>br</strong>igatório o uso <strong>de</strong> válvula <strong>de</strong> pé (fundo <strong>de</strong> poço),<<strong>br</strong> />basta apenas <strong>com</strong>pletar <strong>com</strong> água o corpo da bomba.<<strong>br</strong> />6 - Proteja os motores elétricos contra so<strong>br</strong>ecargas em geral, (quedas ou picos <strong>de</strong> tensão, falta <strong>de</strong> fase,<<strong>br</strong> />travamento do eixo, etc...), instalando uma chave magnética <strong>com</strong> proteção para motobombas. Este produto<<strong>br</strong> />po<strong>de</strong> ser adquirido junto aos reven<strong>de</strong>dores <strong>de</strong> motobombas Somar (ver pág. 17). Disjuntores ou fusíveis<<strong>br</strong> />simples não protejem a<strong>de</strong>quadamente motores elétricos.<<strong>br</strong> />7 - As emendas dos cabos do motor elétrico <strong>de</strong>vem ser feitas <strong>com</strong> fios <strong>de</strong> bitola igual ou superior aos<<strong>br</strong> />apresentados no motor, até uma distância <strong>de</strong> 20 metros entre o motor e o quadro. Acima <strong>de</strong>sta distância<<strong>br</strong> /><strong>de</strong>verá ser consultada a tabela <strong>de</strong> fios e cabos que consta no Manual <strong>de</strong> Instalação e Operação das<<strong>br</strong> /><strong>Motobombas</strong>.<<strong>br</strong> />8 - Nas motobombas <strong>com</strong> motor trifásico e nas mancalizadas <strong>de</strong>ve-se observar o sentido correto <strong>de</strong> giro do<<strong>br</strong> />motor - à direita, no sentido horário visto pelo lado <strong>de</strong> trás do motor - antes <strong>de</strong> pô-las em funcionamento<<strong>br</strong> /><strong>de</strong>finitivo. Caso venham a girar ao contrário haverá queda na pressão e na vazão e <strong>de</strong>slocamento do rotor no<<strong>br</strong> />eixo, causando danos na motobomba. Antes <strong>de</strong> conectar o motor à re<strong>de</strong> elétrica certifique-se <strong>de</strong> que as<<strong>br</strong> />tensões (Volts) <strong>de</strong> ambos são <strong>com</strong>patíveis, assim <strong>com</strong>o o tipo da re<strong>de</strong> elétrica local (monofásica ou trifásica).<<strong>br</strong> />Una os cabos do motor <strong>de</strong> acordo <strong>com</strong> o diagrama <strong>de</strong> ligação existente na sua placa <strong>de</strong> i<strong>de</strong>ntificação.<<strong>br</strong> />EM CASO DE DÚVIDAS SOBRE OS ÍTENS ACIMA, CONSULTE O MANUAL DOS PRODUTOS OU A FÁBRICA.<<strong>br</strong> />9 - Todas as conexões <strong>de</strong> sucção e recalque das motobombas <strong>de</strong>ste catálogo são <strong>com</strong> rosca BSP.<<strong>br</strong> />10 - Todas as motobombas centrífugas horizontais possuem vedação eixo/rotor por selo mecânico, para uso<<strong>br</strong> /><strong>com</strong> água à temperatura máxima <strong>de</strong> 60°C. Para aplicação em cal<strong>de</strong>iras <strong>de</strong> vapor e outros usos <strong>com</strong> água<<strong>br</strong> />quente até 98°C, utilizar selo mecânico <strong>de</strong> viton. As motobombas aplicadas em cal<strong>de</strong>iras <strong>de</strong> vapor <strong>com</strong> água<<strong>br</strong> />entre 70 e 98°C <strong>de</strong>vem trabalhar "afogadas" na sua sucção, <strong>com</strong> um altura manométrica positiva mínima <strong>de</strong><<strong>br</strong> />2MCA. É vedado o uso das motobombas mo<strong>de</strong>lo SASP (auto aspirantes) e SA-AVI em águas acima <strong>de</strong> 60ºC.<<strong>br</strong> />Todas as lavadoras somente po<strong>de</strong>m usar água até 40ºC<<strong>br</strong> />11 - É o<strong>br</strong>igatório o aterramento dos motores elétricos das motobombas e lavadoras Somar.
