The Museum of Image and Sound of Parana is
a source of great pride for all whom are born in
Paraná State. The importance of its collection,
composed of important works that were part of
our history is immeasurable. The museum is a
great Center of knowledge, is a cultural research
and development institution. We live in a time
that information, videos, photos and audio files
are shared in a very fast speed and as fast they
emerge, they gone. So the function of the museum,
to preserve and conserve the audiovisual memory
for the people of Paraná, becomes of paramount
importance. MIS-PR is the guarantee that future
generations will get excited seeing the same
pieces that today bring us so many memories.
El Museo de la Imagen y del Sonido de lo Estado del
Paraná es un gran orgullo para todos los Paranaenses.
La importancia de su colección, compuesta de obras
importantes que pertenecieran a nuestra historia es
inconmensurable. Un museo es un gran centro del
conocimiento, es una institución de investigación y
desarrollo cultural. Vivimos en un momento en que
la información, videos, fotos y archivos de audio se
comparten en una velocidad muy rápida y así como
se llegan, se los van. Por lo que la función del museo,
para preservar y conservar la memoria audiovisual
del Paraná, se vuelve de suma importancia.
MIS-PR es la garantía de que las generaciones futuras
si emocionen viendo las mismas piezas que hoy traen
tantos recuerdos a nosotros.
