4.1. Principii generale<br />

La locul <strong>de</strong> instalare, condi`ionarea cea<br />

mai rigid{ a regimului <strong>de</strong> func`ionare este<br />

<strong>de</strong>terminat{ <strong>de</strong> consumul termic.<br />

Diferen`ele la energia electric{ }ntre<br />

consumul local ~i produc`ia instala`iei<br />

(propor`ional{ cu sarcina termic{) se<br />

compenseaz{, f{r{ dificult{`i tehnice, din<br />

re`eaua electric{ la care instala`ia este<br />

racordat{. Ca urmare, dimen<strong>si</strong>onarea ~i<br />

func`ionarea cogener{rii este<br />

<strong>de</strong>terminat{ <strong>de</strong> criteriul termic.<br />

<strong>Cogenerarea</strong> utilizeaz{ agregate<br />

complexe, respectiv cu valoare ridicat{.<br />

Pentru a fi rentabile (cu economii <strong>de</strong><br />

energie suficiente pentru compensarea<br />

efortului <strong>de</strong> investi`ii), acestea trebuie s{<br />

fie utilizate cât mai mult timp <strong>si</strong> la inc{rc{ri<br />

cât mai mari. O durat{ <strong>de</strong> functionare <strong>de</strong><br />

peste cca 4000 h/an poate fi con<strong>si</strong><strong>de</strong>rat{<br />

drept una din regulile <strong>de</strong> baz{ necesar a<br />

fi respectate.<br />

Consumurile <strong>de</strong> c{ldur{ au, practic<br />

intot<strong>de</strong>auna, un caracter variabil in timp, cu<br />

o component{ "<strong>de</strong> baz{" (cu durat{<br />

mare/qua<strong>si</strong>constant{) peste care se<br />

suprapun componente "<strong>de</strong> vârf" (cu durate<br />

mai scurte/cu intreruperi). Variatiile<br />

consumului sunt <strong>de</strong>terminate atat <strong>de</strong><br />

temperatura exterioara cat <strong>si</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />

perioa<strong>de</strong>le, duratele <strong>si</strong> regimurile specifice<br />

ale proceselor alimentate. @in|nd seam{<br />

<strong>de</strong> modul <strong>de</strong> varia`ie a consumului rezulta<br />

ca pentru a }n<strong>de</strong>plini condi`ia <strong>de</strong><br />

func`ionare <strong>de</strong> minimum 4000 h/an,<br />

<strong>capacitate</strong> mai mic{ <strong>de</strong>c|t consumul<br />

maxim <strong>de</strong> v|rf. Se <strong>de</strong>fine~te drept<br />

coeficient <strong>de</strong> cogenerare (<strong>de</strong><br />

termoficare) - - raportul dintre<br />

<strong>capacitate</strong>a termic{ a cogener{rii ~i<br />

sarcina termic{ maxim{ anual{. Condi`ia<br />

duratei minime <strong>de</strong> func`ionare <strong>de</strong> 4000<br />
