Would you mind telling us the establishment
story of your company?
Zanjan Zinc Khales Sazan Ind Co has
been officially registered in Zanjan Registration
Department under number 6132
on 06/10/2005. The production activity of
this company began on 11/02/2007. After
the pilot production, it reached mass production
and with offering zinc ingot 99.99
% registered in Tehran metal exchange
market on 22/04/2007. This company,
with annual production capacity of 35000
Metric Tons is the largest zinc producing
company in the Middle East .
What kinds of services do you provide
for galvanization producers?
Khales sazan’s main product is zinc ingot
which is one of the main materials being
used in galvanization units.
For which countries do you produce
service/project except Iran?
We are exporting at least 90 % of our
products to different countries all over the

Turkey, Pakistan, Syria, Malesia, United

What do you think about Turkish Galvanisation
market? Do you think that
there is sufficient interest in Hot-dip
Galvanisation?
We believe that Turkish galvanization
market is a very potential market and we
would like to suggest to Turkish galvanizers
association to establish a close interaction
and co-operation with Iran Lead &
Zinc Industries & Mines Association in order
to pave the way for Turkish galvanization
industry to cooperate with Iranian zinc
ingot producers directly and introduce
Iranian products to Turkish consumers.
We believe Turkish and Iranian industry
men can have a close relation with each
other because of their common religion
and close cultures . Because of high capacity
production of zinc ingot in Iran, I
want to declare that we, Iranian producers
are ready to supply whole quantity of
zinc ingot with different qualities which is
used by Turkish galvanizers.
Do you plan any new investment?
We have planned to increase our production
and we are ready for joint investment
with Turkish industry men in different
fields such as galvanization, mine, zinc
ingot production and etc both in Iran and
Turkey .
What is your difference from your
competitors?
We always have tried to be different with
our components in different criterias such
as quality, quantity, legitimacy, punctuality,
acquiring costumer satisfaction, at-

tending in global meetings and membership
in international associations .
In your opinion, please tell us economic
indicators in this year for your
industry and your company? Do you
think we have crisis? If you say yes
there is crisis, please tell us its reflection
on your company activities
and galvanization industry?
Zinc ingot production in Iran have a 17
years of experience and in this years, the
only crisis which have threatened our
company and industry is fluctuations of
the global zinc price and exchange rates.
Can you give us number of employees
of your company?
At present, 240 persons are working in
our company and this number is predicted
to increase by 600, after establishment
of flotation unit. u
