Woodroc 5 years Guarantee
Not many companies can state that their Bedrooms
remain open to their customers for 5 years or more,
after they have made a purchase, but such is the
case with Woodroc. In fact, our commitment for
continuous customer satisfaction is embedded in our
new money back, 5 year guarantee. All Bedrooms
supplied by Woodroc are guaranteed for 5 years
from date of purchase, and at that time, will be of
good material, workmanship, and free from any
defects which will render the products unserviceable
and/or unfit for the recommended application.
This guarantee is made to the original purchaser only
and does not extend to subsequent purchasers during
the period of this warranty. If at the time a kitchen
delivery is received, and found to have a defect(s)
which can reasonably be discovered by inspection
of each item, the receiver of the item(s) must, prior
to fitting, and within 5 days, send written notice of
the discovered defect(s) to Woodroc. All Bedrooms
should be fully inspected prior to altering or fitting -
any work undertaken on the kitchen shall constitute
acceptance.
No claim will be honoured unless an authorised
representative of Woodroc performs a site inspection
(at the discretion of the company). If guaranteed
Bedrooms are found to contain defects/faults as
stated, Woodroc, at our option will either, repair
faulty item(s) or furnish purchaser with replacement
kitchen(s). This guarantee does not cover any other
charges incurred such as labour for removal of
defective items, re-fitting of new and/or replacement
Bedrooms, transportation to and from site.

environment friendly materials.
• Where possible, make the effort in reducing all
our surplus material waste, to air, water and land.
• Wherever commercially practical, to recycle and
reuse any materials that would otherwise go to
landfill.
• To regularly monitor energy usage in order to
reduce overall consumption.
• Establish and evaluation environmental objectives
in respect to our policy, and to communicate this
policy internally and place it in the public domain.
• Woodroc applies an environmentally friendly
policy to production. All our timber comes
from well managed forests/plantations and the
manufacturing process aims to continuously reduce
waste, and use all raw materials as efficiently as
possible.
