The gas oven was designed to replace wood-burning ovens, with the advantages such as easier use and cleaning. Pizza Group has 3
models of gas ovens depending on the maximum number of pizzas with diam. 34 cm that they can contain: 4-6-9.
Up to two chambers of the same model can be placed on top of each other, equipped with a stand (with two available heights), neutral
and suction hood. Inside the aluminised plate chamber, the particular form of the steel deflectors makes it possible to direct the heat
through the drilled ceiling of the chamber towards the pizza.
