Books will be supplied subject to the availability.
Books will be supplied freight free. In case they are dispatched by post, the
postage will be charged.
The cost of the publications should be remitted to the Sahitya Akademi in
advance while placing the order. Bank Commission will be borne by the
bookseller.
Books will be sent to outstation booksellers through Bank. However, if the
bookseller wants to avail credit on regular basis, a Bank guarantee for the
equal amount should be provided in favour of Secretary, Sahitya Akademi,
New Delhi
Prices may change without any notice.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai Court.
The publications can be purchased from the Head Office of the Sahitya
Akademi at New Delhi or from its Regional Offices at Mumbai, Kolkata,
Bangaloru and Chennai Office at the addresses given overleaf.
