当 你 在 母 体 内 成 形 的 那 一 刻 , 就

From the instant you began to take shape
in your mother’s womb, an extraordinary
process has been happening in you. It is
the amazing process of physical life. But
physical life has its limits, and eventually
it ends. No exceptions. No exemptions.

这 希 望 始 于 标 志 着 一 种 新 生 命 的
开 始 - 另 一 种 “ 属 灵 生 命 ” 的 诞 生 。

e hope begins with a birth of another
kind—a spiritual birth that marks the
beginning of a new kind of life. It, too, is
an amazing process. But best of all, it has
no end. It is the promise of eternal life—a
life that is fulfilling and meaningful now
and will continue on even aer physical
death occurs.

最 解 渴 的 活 水 。
To find the hope is to find the source of life
itself. It is like discovering the one spring
in all the world that gives perfectly pure,
perfectly satisfying water...the kind of
water that can heal the deepest wounds
and quench the deepest thirst.

众 所 周 知 : 这 个 世 界 纷 乱 不 堪 ,
没 有 变 好 的 迹 象 。 战 火 蔓 延 、 饥
荒 肆 虐 、 疾 病 扰 人 、 危 机 四 伏 。
自 然 灾 害 造 成 破 坏 及 引 致 死 伤 。
毫 无 先 兆 之 下 , 天 灾 人 祸 骤 然 而
至 。 在 人 类 无 法 控 制 的 情 况 下 ,
无 数 人 就 像 激 流 中 的 碎 片 随 波 逐
流 。
It’s no secret: e world is in trouble, and
it’s not getting better. Wars rage. Famines
devour. Diseases ravage. Crises erupt.
Natural disasters kill, maim and destroy.
Personal tragedies strike without warning.
In circumstances beyond their control,
untold millions of people are swept up
in the current of events and carried along
like debris in the rapids.

除 了 世 界 性 的 问 题 , 我 们 人 类 还 面
临 许 多 个 人 的 困 扰 。 查 看 自 己 的 内
心 , 会 发 现 里 面 有 许 多 我 们 不 希 望
有 的 东 西 。 过 往 的 创 伤 、 不 平 、 无
名 的 恐 惧 、 时 常 的 愤 怒 总 是 挥 之 不
去 。 未 圆 的 梦 想 和 期 待 、 令 人 懊 恼
的 孤 寂 、 无 法 得 到 的 平 安 和 满 足 、
难 以 启 齿 的 罪 疚 、 失 败 、 自 负 以 及
未 履 行 的 诺 言 , 都 令 人 内 心 烦 躁 不
安 。
Besides the worldwide troubles, there’s
another kind of devastation we face—
the personal one. We look inside
ourselves and see so much that we wish
wasn’t there. e scars of past hurts and
injustices. Paralyzing fears. Anger that
won’t go away. Unrealized dreams and
expectations. Depressing loneliness.
An unfulfilled desire for peace and
contentment. And an embarrassing
assortment of sins, failures, pride and
broken promises.

也 许 试 过 , 但 我 们 不 能 改 变 这 个
世 界 , 也 不 能 改 变 我 们 自 己 。 我
们 无 法 使 自 己 摆 脱 恐 惧 , 平 息 愤
怒 或 填 补 内 心 的 空 虚 。 我 们 不 能
给 自 己 恒 久 的 平 安 。 我 们 无 法 挪
走 压 在 我 们 良 心 上 的 罪 疚 。 我 们

Try as we might, we can’t fix the world.
And we can’t fix ourselves either. We are
unable to rescue ourselves from the fear, to
neutralize the anger or to fill the emptiness
inside. We can’t give ourselves lasting peace.
We can’t remove the guilt that weighs on
our conscience. We can’t forgive our own
sins. All of this is beyond our capacity. But
the good news is that there is a solution.
ere is an answer.

我 们 渴 求 的 希 望 是 可 以 找 到 的 ,
即 便 在 这 些 混 乱 和 困 惑 中 。 希 望

in the midst of all the chaos and confusion.
And once the hope is found, everything
begins to change. Life is different...
indescribably, incredibly new. Hundreds
of millions of people throughout history
and from every part of the world have
experienced this difference and testify to
its reality. ey have found the hope, and in
the process they have found peace. Not just
a good feeling, but a profound peace that
is beyond circumstances—peace in the
innermost being.

找 到 希 望 是 进 行 三 个 重 要 发 现 : 领
人 到 神 面 前 的 “ 道 路 ”, 永 不 改 变 的
“ 真 理 ” 和 永 恒 长 存 的 “ 生 命 ”。 其 实 ,
这 只 是 一 个 发 现 , 不 是 三 个 。 这 一
切 全 系 于 那 即 是 神 又 是 人 的 耶 稣 基
督 身 上 。 祂 是 超 然 、 恒 久 大 爱 的 充
分 体 现 。
To find the hope is to make three
remarkable discoveries: e way that
leads to God. e truth that never
changes. And the life that never ends.
In reality, it is one discovery, not three.
All are found in a person—the
God/Man, Jesus Christ. He is the full
expression of supernatural, enduring
love.

耶 稣 说 :“ 我 就 是 道 路 、 真 理 、 生
命 , 若 不 藉 着 我 , 没 有 人 能 到 父
那 里 去 。” 祂 就 是 那 领 人 到 父 神 的
道 ; 祂 就 是 永 不 改 变 的 真 理 ; 祂 就
是 永 恒 长 存 的 生 命 。
Jesus Christ said of himself, “I am the
way and the truth and the life. No one
comes to the Father except through
me.” He is the way that leads to God
the Father. He is the truth that never
changes. He is the life that never ends.

耶 稣 尚 未 在 伯 利 恒 马 槽 里 出 生 的
数 百 年 前 , 古 代 先 知 曾 记 载 祂 的

Hundreds of years before Jesus was born
in the hay bin of a Bethlehem stable,
ancient prophets wrote of his coming.
ey correctly predicted scores of things
about him—things that came true without
a single exception. Every prophecy
converged in him. He was the perfect
fulfillment of God’s promise. He was—
and is—e Hope given to the people of
the world.

耶 稣 在 拿 撒 勒 度 过 了 30 年 的 隐 匿 生
活 。 之 后 , 祂 离 开 家 乡 , 有 三 年 的
时 间 在 巴 勒 斯 坦 传 讲 神 的 真 理 , 显
现 神 迹 , 只 用 一 句 话 或 一 下 触 摸 就
治 好 病 人 。 祂 从 未 说 过 一 句 不 真 实
的 话 , 从 未 行 过 恶 事 , 从 未 拒 绝 过
来 到 祂 面 前 的 人 。 祂 就 是 那 位 被 应

For 30 years Jesus lived an obscure life in
a place called Nazareth. en he le his
village and for three years traveled
throughout Galilee, Samaria, Judea and
the surrounding region, communicating
remarkable truths about God, performing
supernatural acts, healing the sick
with but a word or a touch. He never
spoke an untrue word, never acted in
malice, never rejected anyone who came
to him. He was the long-promised
Savior. He was God in human flesh.

耶 稣 降 世 , 为 要 拯 救 世 人 , 但 祂 却
被 世 人 出 卖 , 诬 告 , 无 理 逮 捕 , 受
审 定 罪 。 祂 赐 生 命 给 人 , 人 们 却 把
祂 定 了 死 罪 。 人 们 残 暴 地 鞭 打 和 侮
辱 祂 , 然 后 把 祂 的 手 脚 钉 在 粗 糙 的
十 字 架 上 。 带 着 巨 大 的 愤 恨 , 他 们
把 十 字 架 摔 倒 在 地 上 , 然 后 再 举 起 ,
庆 祝 他 们 的 胜 利 。
Rejected by those he came to rescue,
Jesus was betrayed, falsely accused,
unjustly arrested and tried as a common
criminal. e ones to whom he could
give life condemned him to death. ey
beat him mercilessly and mocked his
suffering. en they nailed his hands
and feet to a roughly hewn cross. With
hateful intensity, they dropped that
cross in the ground, hoisted it upward
and celebrated their victory.

耶 稣 那 日 受 死 被 埋 葬 在 一 个 富 人
的 坟 墓 里 - 这 也 是 在 几 百 年 前 预
言 过 的 一 个 细 节 。 三 日 后 , 当 祂
复 活 , 从 冰 冷 的 地 窖 里 走 出 , 祂
自 己 的 预 言 也 成 为 事 实 。 这 正 应
验 了 祂 曾 对 门 徒 说 的 话 :“ 你 们
拆 毁 这 殿 ”, 祂 指 祂 的 肉 身 ,“ 我

Jesus died that day and was buried in a rich
man’s tomb— another detail predicted
centuries beforehand. ree days later, his
own prophetic words became reality when
he came back to life and walked out of that
cold crypt, exactly as he told his followers
he would. “Destroy this temple,” he had
said, referring to his physical body, “and
in three days I will raise it up.” at is
what Jesus told his followers, and that is
what he did.

耶 稣 复 活 后 的 40 天 里 , 祂 走 访 众
门 徒 , 鼓 励 他 们 , 与 他 们 一 同 祷
告 。 祂 告 诉 他 们 苦 难 的 日 子 将
要 来 , 但 却 应 许 说 :“ 我 就 常 与
你 们 同 在 , 直 到 世 界 的 末 了 。”
做 出 此 承 诺 后 , 祂 就 升 天 而 去 。
不 久 , 祂 差 遣 圣 灵 给 予 每 一 个 跟
随 祂 的 人 帮 助 与 力 量 。
For 40 days, the resurrected Jesus visited
with his followers, encouraging them and
praying with them. As he told them about
the turmoil and suffering yet to come, he
gave them an unbreakable promise: “Surely
I am with you always, to the very end of the
age.” And having made this extraordinary
commitment, he returned to heaven. Soon
aerwards he sent his Holy Spirit to give
help and strength to every Christ follower.

神 爱 世 人 , 甚 至 将 祂 的 独 生 子 赐 给 他 们 ,
叫 一 切 信 祂 的 , 不 至 灭 亡 , 反 得 永 生 。
“For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.”

耶 稣 不 是 一 个 古 代 已 故 的 人 物 。 祂
现 在 活 着 ! 祂 在 那 里 等 候 每 一 个 归
向 祂 的 人 , 祂 向 每 一 个 相 信 祂 的 人
赠 送 了 永 生 的 礼 物 。 祂 说 :“ 神 爱 世
人 , 甚 至 将 祂 的 独 生 子 赐 给 他 们 ,
叫 一 切 信 祂 的 , 不 至 灭 亡 , 反 得 永
生 。”
Jesus is not a dead figure from ancient
history. He is alive! He is there for
anyone who turns to him, and he offers
the gi of eternal life to everyone who
believes in him. He said, “For God so
loved the world that he gave his one and
only Son, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.”

我 们 人 不 能 自 救 , 但 祂 能 。 我 们
人 不 能 给 自 己 希 望 , 但 祂 能 。 因
为 祂 就 是 希 望 , 永 生 的 希 望 , 从
今 日 起 就 有 的 , 满 有 意 义 和 丰 盛
生 命 的 希 望 。 只 藉 着 祂 - 和 平 之 君 -
我 们 就 能 经 历 真 正 和 永 久 的 平 安 。
We cannot save ourselves, but he can.
We cannot give ourselves hope, but he
can, for he is e Hope. e hope of
eternal life. e hope of meaningful,
abundant life this very day. And the
assurance that in him alone—the
Prince of Peace—we can experience
true and enduring peace.

当 你 归 向 耶 稣 基 督 , 相 信 祂 , 承
认 你 的 罪 , 求 祂 宽 恕 并 相 信 祂 赐
给 你 与 神 新 的 关 系 的 时 候 , 你 就
找 到 了 希 望 。 祂 保 证 会 饶 恕 你 ,
并 赐 给 你 一 颗 新 的 心 - 一 颗 爱 祂
和 信 任 祂 的 心 。 祂 永 不 撇 下 你 ,
也 不 离 弃 , 从 今 日 到 永 远 。 只 有
在 耶 稣 里 才 有 生 命 和 希 望 。 如 果
你 还 没 有 接 受 祂 , 就 请 你 此 时 此
刻 接 受 祂 并 相 信 祂 。
e hope is found when you turn to
Jesus Christ and put your faith in him,
acknowledging your sin, asking for his
forgiveness and trusting him to give you a
new relationship with God. He promises
to forgive you and give you a new heart—
a heart to love and trust him. He promises
to never leave you or forsake you. Only in
Jesus is there life and hope, for now and
forever. If you haven’t done so already,
you can put your trust in him this very
moment.

无 论 你 此 刻 心 里 想 什 么 , 请 你 知
道 , 主 耶 稣 心 里 很 在 乎 你 。 祂 总 是
随 时 恭 听 及 回 应 你 真 诚 的 祷 告 。 请
把 你 心 里 的 话 告 诉 祂 , 求 祂 让 你 感
到 祂 的 真 实 , 赦 免 你 的 罪 过 , 医 治
和 修 复 你 破 碎 的 人 生 , 赐 给 你 新 的
开 始 。 祈 求 祂 赐 给 你 永 生 的 生 命 ,
使 你 稳 行 人 生 路 。
Whatever you may think right now,
please know that in Jesus’ heart you will
always matter greatly. He is always ready
to listen and respond to your sincere
prayers. Simply speak to him from your
heart. Ask him to make himself real to
you. Ask him to forgive your sins. Ask
him to heal and restore the broken pieces
of your life and make all things new. Ask
him for the gi of eternal life. And ask
him to set your life on a sure path.

主 耶 稣 永 远 随 时 回 应 你 内 心 深 处

的 生 命 。
Jesus Christ will always respond to the
deepest cries of your heart. You can turn to
him in prayer anytime, anywhere with the
questions that fill your mind. He hears.
He listens. He understands. And he will
forgive your sins, give you real hope, and
rebuild your life from the inside out.
