CONDIZIONI GENERALI D'AFFITTO
1. PRENOTAZIONE. La prenotazione è da intendersi confermata solo al ricevimento del contratto che l'agenzia ARCOBALENO spedirà subito dopo aver
ricevuto l'acconto. L'agenzia ARCOBALENO si riserva il diritto di rifiutare acconti che dovessero pervenire oltre 10 giorni dopo la data in cui è stato messo
a disposizione l'appartamento.
2. PAGAMENTO. Il 30% del canone d'affitto deve essere versato, entro 10 giorni, a titolo di caparra, anche a mezzo vaglia postale o assegno non trasferibile,
chiuso in lettera raccomandata. Si sconsigliano i versamenti bancari in quanto giungono con enormi ritardi. Il saldo dovrà essere versato 15 giorni prima
dell’arrivo, al più tardi al momento del ritiro delle chiavi. Nessuna forma di pagamento verrà accettata se non in contanti, assegni circolari o assegni bancari
garantiti da carta assegni, o carta di credito (CARTA SI, VISA, MASTER CARD, EUROCARD). I prezzi settimanali e i costi accessori verranno maggiorati da
IVA se previsto dalle nuove leggi o normative di qualunque genere.
3. STORNO. Per nessun motivo verrà restituita la caparra versata. Nel caso in cui si dovesse effettuare un annullamento, il cliente dovrà comunicarlo almeno
5 settimane prima dell'inizio del soggiorno. In caso contrario, qualora l'agenzia non riuscisse ad affittare l'alloggio, il cliente dovrà versare anche il rimanente
importo a saldo del canone pattuito.
4. ARRIVO. L'arrivo deve avvenire nel giorno stabilito, tra le ore 16.00 e le ore 20.00. In caso di ritardo si prega di avvisare. In caso contrario l'appartamento
verrà tenuto a disposizione ancora per 1 solo giorno, dopodichè potrà essere riaffittato, con le conseguenze, per il cliente, di cui al punto 3). A coloro che
arriveranno fuori orario d'ufficio, previo avviso, verranno conteggiate le spese per il servizio straordinario, nella misura di € 30. Tale servizio verrà effettuato
in un'unica soluzione, alle ore 22.00, su specifica richiesta del cliente e comunque senza obbligo da parte dell'agenzia.
5. PARTENZA. Non verranno effettuati rimborsi per partenza anticipata. L'alloggio deve essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10.00 del mattino del giorno
stabilito, e ai ritardatari verrà trattenuta una penalità di € 20 per ogni ora di ritardo dalla cauzione. La partenza deve avvenire in orario d’ufficio, per consentire
al personale di controllare lo stato di pulizia dell’appartamento, ed eventuali danni e restituire la cauzione.
L’ agenzia ARCOBALENO, su richiesta, può autorizzare la partenza fuori dall’orario d’ufficio, ed in questo caso la cauzione verrà spedita tramite vaglia
postale (per consentire al nostro personale di eseguire i necessari controlli), al netto delle spese di spedizione. L’appartamento deve essere lasciato in ordine,
libero da immondizie, con le stoviglie lavate, il frigorifero vuoto e sbrinato, l’angolo cottura perfettamente pulito. Coloro che non volessero pulire l’alloggio,
dovranno darne avviso all’agenzia almeno 48 ore prima della partenza, pagando a parte la somma di € 30 più IVA (per il solo appartamento) o di € 42 più
IVA (per la pulizia dell’appartamento e delle stoviglie di cucina).
6. DOTAZIONE DEGLI APPARTAMENTI. Gli alloggi vengono consegnati perfettamente arredati. L'inquilino dovrà provvedere soltanto alla biancheria da
cucina, bagno e da letto (lenzuola obbligatorie - ogni copri materasso sporco verrà addebitato € 5), i detersivi e lo strofinaccio per le pulizie. Le lenzuola,
culle e lettini potranno essere comunque noleggiati sul posto dietro pagamento di una quota settimanale. Al cliente non è consentito l'uso di stufe e/o fornelli
elettrici o ventilatori. Per gli appartamenti dotati di aria condizionata e riscaldamento verrà richiesto all’arrivo un anticipo sui consumi, eventuale saldo il
giorno della partenza.
7. NORME DI SOGGIORNO. Il cliente si impegna ad avere la massima cura dell'immobile e a rispettare il regolamento di ciascuna casa e particolarmente
a rispettare la quiete nelle ore pomeridiane e notturne. Non è permesso portare animali. È vietato ospitare più persone rispetto ai posti letto disponibili. A
questo riguardo i bambini sono considerati come adulti. Per ogni persona in soprannumero l'agenzia farà pagare € 11.- al giorno per persona, oltre (se lo
riterrà opportuno) ad annullare immmediatamente il contratto.
8. MANCANZE, ROTTURE RILEVANTI E/O LAMENTELE dovranno essere segnalate entro 24 ore dall'arrivo, compilando l'apposito modulo reclami PRE
NUMERATO. È proibito gettare oggetti che ingombrino gli scarichi di lavandini, docce o wc. Lo sgombero degli stessi verrà addebitato al cliente nella somma
di € 21 + IVA. Informiamo la clientela che il personale autorizzato dall'agenzia ARCOBALENO può entrare negli appartamenti per effettuare eventuali
riparazioni anche in Vostra assenza.
9. SOSTITUZIONI. L'agenzia si riserva, in caso di imprevisti nell'assegnazione degli appartamenti, il diritto alla sostituzione con altro similare. Inoltre, pur
tenendo conto dei desideri della clientela, l'agenzia non assicura il numero o la posizione dell'appartamento.
10. SERVIZIO GAS. La bombola del gas esaurita viene sostituita dall'agenzia. Tale servizio viene effettuato 2 volte al giorno, con il seguente orario: 10.30-
11.30 e 18.00-19.00. La domenica solo dalle 10.30 alle 11.30. Nel caso in cui si richiedesse il servizio gas fuori da questi orari, il costo dell’intervento
ammonterà a € 15 + IVA.
11. CAUZIONE. La cauzione è obbligatoria per tutti. Al momento del ritiro delle chiavi, potrà venir richiesta una cauzione pari a € 50.-Tale importo viene
aumentato nel caso in cui nell’appartamento vi sia l’aria condizionata o elettrodomestici di una certa consistenza.
12. RESPONSABILITÀ DELL' AGENZIA. L'agenzia Arcobaleno funge solo da intermediaria tra il cliente ed il proprietario dell'appartamento. Non può esserle
quindi attribuita alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni, rotture, infortuni, ritardi, furti che dovessero verificarsi nell'appartamento. L'agenzia Arcobaleno
presterà comunque la propria assistenza per la soluzione dei problemi. Per ogni danno causato all’appartamento ne risponde l’inquilino. SI CONSIGLIA DI
INTERPELLARE UNA COMPAGNIA ASSICURATIVA CHE COPRA TALI DANNI. Le foto delle villette e degli appartamenti inserite nel nostro catalogo fungono
solo da esempio. L'agenzia Arcobaleno Vi augura un felice soggiorno e rimane a Vostra disposizione per tutto il periodo della Vostra permanenza a Bibione.
ALLGEMEINE MIETBEDINGUNGEN
1. BUCHUNG. Die Buchung wird erst gültig durch eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Agentur. Diese Bestätigung geht Ihnen sofort nach Erhalt der Anzahlung
zu. Die Agentur ARCOBALENO behält sich das Recht vor, Einzahlungen die später als 10 Tage nach Buchung eingehen, zurückzuweisen.
2. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN. Als Anzahlung sind 30% der gesamten Mietsumme, innerhalb 10 Tage, zu leisten. Diese ist an die Agentur Arcobaleno
mittels Scheck, per Einschreiben oder per Postanweisung zu zuschicken. Wir bitten Sie keine Banküberweisung zu tätigen, da diese meistens mit Verspätung
eintreffen. Der Restbetrag ist spätestens bei Ankunft, bei Schlüsselübergabe zu begleichen. Wir akzeptieren nur Barzahlung , Reisescheck oder Euroscheck
mit Scheckkarte, oder Kredit-Karte (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD). Die wöchentlichen Mietpreise und Nebenkosten werden mit der Mwst. erhöht,
wenn es das neue Gesetz oder irgendwelche Vorschriften es vorsehen.
3. STORNIERUNG. Die geleistete Anzahlung wird in keinem Fall zurückerstattet. Die Stornierung eines Vertrages ist bis 5 Wochen vor Anreisetermin möglich.
Bei kurzfristiger Stornierung behält sich die Agentur das Recht vor, den gesamten Mietvertrag zu fordern, falls kein neuer Mieter für das Vertragsobjekt
gefunden wird. Diese Regel ist nicht für die Reiseveranstalter gültig.
4. ANKUNFT. Die Anreise muss am vereinbarten Tag zwischen 16.00 und 20.00 Uhr erfolgen. Im Fall einer Verspätung bitten wir um rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung
der Agentur Arcobaleno. Sollte keine Benachrichtigung erfolgen, kann die Wohnung nach Ablauf einer Frist von 24 Stunden unter Anwendung von Punkt 3
weitervermietet werden. Gäste, die nach Büroschluss ankommen, werden für jede Stunde-Verspätung mit € 30 berechnet. Das Büro wird nochmals um
22.00 geöffnet. Dieser Service wird nur nach vorherige Benachrichtigung und auf ausdrückliche Anfrage erteilt, jedoch ohne jegliche Verpflichtung seitens
der Agentur.
5. ABREISE. Keine Rückvergütung bei vorverlegter Abreise. Die Wohnung ist am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr zu räumen. Für jede Stunde verspäteter
Abreise belasten wir € 20. + Mwst. Eine Abreise während der Nacht kann nur mit Genehmigung der Agentur erfolgen. In diesem Fall behält sich die Agentur
das Recht vor, die eventuelle Kaution einzubehalten bis die Wohnung kontrolliert wurde, und anschliessend die Kaution zurückschicken. Die Wohnung muss
in Ordnung hinterlassen werden: ohne Abfälle, das Geschirr muss gespült werden, der Kühlschrank muss abgetaut werden, die Kochnische muss sauber
sein. Wer die Wohnung nicht sauber machen will, muss dies der Agentur spätestens 48 Stunden vor der Abreise mitteilen. Er wird € 30+ Mwst (für Reinigung
der Wohnung) oder € 42 + Mwst. (für Reinigung der Wohnung und Tafelgeschirr) zahlen.
6. AUSSTATTUNG DER WOHNUNGEN. Die Wohnungen sind vollständig eingerichtet. Mitzubringen ist die Bad- Küche- Bettwäsche und Bodenwischtücher.
Das Mitbringen von Leintüchern ist pflichtig - für jeden beschmutzten Matratzenüberzug stellen wir € 5 - in Rechnung. Die Bettwäsche, Kinder - und
Gitterbetten können auf Anfrage und gegen Bezahlung an Ort gemietet werden. Der Gebrauch von elektrischen Heizöfen, Ventilatoren, sowie eigene
Haushaltsgeräte ist untersagt. Für klimatisierte und heizbare Appartements wird bei Bezug dieser ein Vorschuss auf den Verbrauch kassiert. Endabrechnung
am Abreisetag.
7. AUFENTHALTSBEDINGUNGEN. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich die Wohnung und die Einrichtung schonend zu behandeln und in einwandfreien Zustand
zu halten, die Hausordnung Hauses zu beachten. Tiere sind nich erlaubt. Die in der Preisliste angegebene Bettenanzahl darf in keinem Fall überschritten
werden. Jede zusätzliche Person muss € 11 pro Tag zahlen. Die Agentur behält sich das recht vor in diesem Falle auch den Vertrag zu stornieren. Kinder
gelten hier als Erwachsene.
8.Reklamationen bezüglich der Wohnung und des Inventars werden nur innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft angenommen. Die Mitteilung muss auf den
dazu bestimmten Vordrucken erfolgen. Nichts Sperriges in die Abflüsse von Waschbecken, Dusche und Wc werfen. Zuwiederhandlungen verrechnen wir
mit € 21 + Mwst. Wir geben den werten Gaesten bekannt das von der Agentur Arcobaleno eigenes Personal auch in Ihrer Abwesenheit für eventuelle
Reparaturen oder Instandhaltungen die Wohnung betreten dürfen.
9. ÄNDERUNGEN. Die Agentur behält sich das Recht vor dem Gast ein ähnliches Appartment, von ca. gleichem Wert, bei unvorhergesehenen Umständen
zur Verfügung zu stellen. Anfragen für ein besonderes Apartment (Nummer, Etage, Himmelsrichtung usw.) werden berücksichtig, aber nicht als
Reservierungsbestandteil betrachtet und garantiert.
10. GAS-SERVICE. Die Agentur wird die leeren Gasflaschen ersetzen. Dieser Service wird zweimal täglich während der folgenden Uhrzeiten ausgeführt:
10.30 - 11.30 und 18.00 - 19.00. Sonntags nur 10.30 - 11.30. Außerhalb der angegebenen Uhrzeiten, berechnen wir € 15+ Mwst. für den Sonderdienst.
11. KAUTION. Bei Schlüsselübernahme kann von der Agentur Arcobaleno eine Kaution von € 50 gefordert werden. Diese Summe erhöht sich wenn in der
Wohnung Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Heizung oder größere Elektrogeräte sind. Die Kaution wird erst nach Wohnungsabnahme zurückerstattet.
12. VERPFLICHTUNGEN DER AGENTUR: Die Agentur ARCOBALENO tritt nur als Vermittler zwischen den Kunden und den Wohnungsinhabern auf.
Die Agentur kann für eventuelle Schäden, Unfälle, Verspätungen, Verluste oder Einbrüche, die sich in der Wohnung zutragen sollten, nicht verantwortlich
gemacht werden. Die Agentur steht Ihnen zur Verfügung um eventuelle Problemen zu lösen. Für sämtliche im Appartment entstandene Schäden haftet der
Kunde. WIR EMPFEHLEN EINE SCHADENS -VERSICHERUNG ABZUSCHLIESSEN. Die Agentur Arcobaleno wünscht Ihnen eine erholsamen Urlaub und
steht, während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts, zu Ihren Diensten. Die Abbildungen in unserem Katalog dienen als Beispiel für die betreffenden Villen und
Wohnungen.

GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING. The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of the contract that agency Arcobaleno shall send you
immediately after having received the deposit. The agency reserves itself the right to refuse deposits that arrive more than 10 days after the date in which
the flat has been reserved for the guests.
2. PAYMENT. 30% of total renting amount has to be paied as deposit to the agency Arcobaleno within 10 days, by post order or by cheque by registered
letter. We recommend not to do payments through banks because they arrive with big delay. Settlement must be paid latest at arrival. No other payment
shall be accepted except cash, traveller checks or Eurochecks, or credit-cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD). Weekly prices and extracharges will
be increased of VAT if forseen by any new law or norm.
3. CANCELLATION. The deposit will not be given back under no
circumstances. Should the guest be obliged to cancel the booking, he shall have to inform the agency at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the stay.
Otherwise if agency Arcobaleno is not able to rent the apartment to someone else, the guest has also to settle the rest of the amount. This rule is not valid
for the tour operators.
4. ARRIVAL. The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 4 and 8 p.m. In case of delay the guest must inform in time the agency. Otherwise the
apartment shall be kept free only for 24 hours maximum, after which it may be rented again with the consequences for the guest written above (point 3).
For clients who notify to the agency that they'll arrive in late, after time-office, this extra service (office will be open again at 10.00 p.m.) will be charged at
a rate of € 30 per hour. This service is offered only if specifically requested by client in advance and any way without responsability of the Agency.
5. DEPARTURE.No reimbursement for advanced departure. The appartment must be left free within 10.00 a.m. of the fixed date.
For each hour delay of check out, we charge € 20 + Vat. The check out must take place during the office hours to permit our staff to control if appartments
are clean or if there are any damages and to give back the caution. On request agency Arcobaleno may allow the departure during the night but in this case
it reserves itself the right to ask for a caution which will be sent back to the client by post after having controlled the conditions of the appartment. The
appartment must be left clean and in order, free from refuse, with the kitchenware washed, the refrigerator empty and defrosted, the stove clean. Client
who don't wish to clean the appartment has to inform the agency at least 48 hours before check out. In this case he'll pay € 30 + Vat (for cleaning of
appartment only) or € 42 + VAT (for appartment and crockery).
6. EQUIPMENT OF THE APPARTMENTS. All appartments are completely furnished. The guest has only to bring towels, table-linen and sheets for beds,
shreeds for bathroom. For every durty matress-cover we charge € 5. You can rent sheets and the baby-coats by agency Arcobaleno at weekly tariffs in
force. The use of stoves or electric heaters and ventilators is forbidden. For appartments with heating and aircondition at the arrival a deposit for consumption
will be asked for. Cost differences must be settled settled the day of departure.
7. RENTING CONDITIONS. The guest must take the maximum care of the appartment and of its furniture. All guests are obliged to respect the house
regulations and specially the rules concerning the quiet during afternoon and night. Animals are not allowed. It's forbidden to accomodate more persons
than the available beds. Children are considered like adults. For each person in excess Agency will ask € 11 per day or cancel the running contract.
8. COMPLAINTS regarding the state of unit or damages must be reported to the agency within 24 hours, using the SUITABLE FORM.
Do not throw bulky objects in lavabo, shower or wc. In case of obstruction we have to charge € 21+Vat. We inform our guests that the Staff of Agency
Arcobaleno is allowed to enter into the appartments also in your absence for reparings or maintenance.
9. REPLACEMENT. Agency Arcobaleno reserves itself the right, in case of unexpected problems, to change an apartment with another one similar. The
request of particular apartment (position, number, floor, etc.) will be considered without however been assured.
10. GAS-SERVICE. The empty gas cylinder will be changed two times per day with following time: morning 10.30 - 11.30; afternoon from 6.00 to 7.00 p.m.;
on sunday the service 'll be executed morning only 10.30 a.m. 11.30. a.m.. For gas-service outside of the mentioned hours, we charge you € 15 Vat.
11. CAUTION. Agency Arcobaleno may ask, by arrival, a caution of € 50.- which shall be given back at departure, after having controlled the conditions
of the appartment. This amount increases, if the appartment is furnished be airconditioning, fans, heating, or more important electric machinery.
12. LIABILITIES OF THE AGENCY: Agency Arcobaleno is only an intermediary between the guests and the owner of the flat. No liability can be imputed
to Arcobaleno for breakage, losses, delays, damages or thefts that should occur in the flat. Arcobaleno will be at disposal of clients to solve any problem.
Customers are responsible for every demage caused in the apartment. WE RECOMEND TO COVER THESE RISKS BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY.
Agency Arcobaleno whish you nice holidays and is at your disposal for any needs during your stay. The photos in our catalogue show examples of the
concerned bungalows and appartments.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE LOCATION
1. RESÉRVATION. La réservation est confirmée seulement quand le client aura reçu le contract que l'agence ARCOBALENO expedira à la réception du
dépôt. L'agence Arcobaleno aura le droit de refuser les dépôts qui parviennent plus tard que 10 jours après le jour dans le quel l'appartement à eté mis à
disposition.
2. PAYMENT. Le 30% du loyer doit être payé dans 10 jours, comme dépôt, par mandat postal ou chèque barré par lettre recommandée. On prie de pas
faire des payments par banque car qu'il parviennent avec grand rétard. Le solde devra être payé au plus tard à l'arrivée, au moment de la consigne de la
clef. Aucune autre forme de payment ne sera pas acceptée si non que par comptant, chèques de voyage ou Eurochèques, ou carte de crédit (VISA,
MASTERCARD, EUROCARD). En cas de nouvelles dispositions fiscales, nous devrions augmenter nos tarifs habdomadaires et les dépenses accessoires
de la TVA relative.
3. ANNULATION. Dans aucun cas le dépôt versé ne sera pas rendu. Au cas où le client eut la nécessité d'annuler une réservation, il devra le communiquer
à l'agence au moins 5 semaines avant le début du séjour. Au contraire, si l'agence Arcobaleno ne sera pas en mesure de louer l'appartement, le client devra
payer le solde du loyer convenu aussi. Cette régle n'est pas valable pour les tour-operators.
4. ARRIVÉE. L'arrivée aura lieu du 16.00 à 20.00 heures du jour établi. En cas de rétard le client est prié de prévenir l'agence. Au cas contraire l'appartement
sera tenu à disposition pour encore 1 jour seulement, après cet termin il pourra être louer à d'autres clients, avec les conséquences, pour le client, indiquées
au point 3. Aux clients qui vont arriver hors d'horaire du bureau, seront debitées les frais pour le service extraordinaire, dans la mesure de € 30 pour chaque
heure de délai. Cet service sera effectué seulement une fois, à 22.00, sur démande du client et de toute façon sans obligation aucune pour l'agence.
5. DÉPART. Aucun reimbursement pour départ anticipé. Le logement doit être libre à 10 heures du matin du jour établi. Pour chac heure de retard du départ,
nous chargeons € 20 + TWA. Le départ doit avoir lieu dans l'horaire de bureau pour permettre au personnel chargé de verifier le nettoyage de l'appartement,
s'il y a des dommages et de rendre le dépôt. Sur démande l'agence Arcobaleno peût consentir le départ hors de l'horaire de bureau, mais elle se réserve
le droit de retenir le dépôt et de l'envoyer par poste, après avoir effectués les contrôles nécessaires. L'appartement doit être consigné en ordre, libre
d'ordures, avec le réfrigerateur dégivrée, la vaisselle lavée et la cuisine propre. Si le client ne désire pas de nettoyer l'appartement, il faut le communiquer
à l'agence au moins 48 heures avant de partir, en payant le montant de € 30 + TVA (pour nettoyage du logement) ou € 42 + TVA (pour vaisselle aussi).
6. EQUIPMENT DES APPARTEMENTS. Les logements sont meublés. Le client devra porter seulement le linge de table et les draps des lits, lambeau du
bain. Est obligatoir emporter les drap de lit - pour chaque couverture de matelas souillée nous chargons € 5. De toute façon on peut louer draps et berceaux
près de l'agence Arcobaleno, avec tarif hebdomadaire. Au client est interdit l'usage d'ustensiles de chauffage et ventilateur. Pour les apartements climatisés
et avec chauffage, un dépot est due pour la consommation. La balance vien faite le jour du départ.
7. RÈGLES DE SÉJOUR. Le client s'engage d'avoir le plus grand soin de l'appartement et à respecter les règles de chaque maison et en particulier à
respecter la tranquillité dans l'après-midi et pendant la nuit. C'est défendu de loger plus personnes que le numéro des lits disponibles. Les enfants sont
calculés comme les adultes. Pour chaque personne surnuméraire l'agence demandera le payment de € 11 par jour. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
8. DOMMAGES OU RÉCLAMATIONS doivent être signalés dans 24 heures après l'arrivée, sur L'EXPRÈS FORMULAIRE. Ne jettez aucun objet encombrant
dans lavabo, douche, où toilette. Le coute du dégagement monte à € 21 + TWA. On informe les hôtes que l'équipe de l'agence Arcobaleno pourrà entrer
dans l'appartement aussi en votre absence pour effectuer de réparations.
9. REMPLACEMENT. Au cas d'imprévus l'agence aura le droit de remplacer l'appartement réservé avec un autre pareil. En outre, l'agence n'assure pas
le numéro ou la position de l'appartement, aussi si essayera de satisfaire les désirs des clients.
10. SERVICE GAZ. La bouteille vide sera remplacée par l'agence Arcobaleno. Le service sera effectué 2 fois par jour, dans les suivantes horaires: du 10.30
à 11.30 et du 18.00 à 19.00 heures. Au dimanche seulement du 10.30 à 11.30. Pour gas-service dans autre horaire, nous chargeons € 15 + TWA.
11. CAUTION. À discretion de l'agence, à la consigne de la clef, pourra être demandée une caution de € 50, que sera rendue au départ, après le contrôle
du logement. Cette somme augmente si l’appartement est muni de climatisation, des ventilateurs, chauffage où machinerie electric d’une certain importance.
12. RESPONSABILITÉ DE L'AGENCE. L'agence Arcobaleno est seulement une liaison entre le client et le proprietaire et ne pourra jamais être responsable
pour les dommages, vols, rétards ou des problems en général qui peuvent se verifier dans l'appartement. L'agence sera à disposition pour résoudre les
problems.Le client est responsable des dommages dans l’apartement. ON RECOMMANDE D’ÉTABLIRE UNE ASSURANCE CONTRE CE RISQUE. L'agence
Arcobaleno Vous souhaite bonnes vacances et sera à Votre disposition pour toute la période de Votre séjour à Bibione. Les illustrations dans nôtre catalogue
