An integrated training program that seeks to
enable school students to draw their own future
and choose their specialties at their secondary
grades and university in a way that fits their
abilities and professional orientation.

Goals and Outcomes of The Training Program:
By the end of the training program, the student will be able to:
- Discover himself, and l earn his abilities and professional talents.
- Identify the professions and occupations that fit his kind of
personality.
- Identify college majors that goes along with his abilities and
professional orientation.
- Choose his secondary stream (scientific, literary, industrial, etc.)
- Create a clear vision of his future life and develop a practical plan
to achieve it.
