Therefore, the Multi-Competence Team (MCT) concept is applied in all Mannheim Business School programs. The MBA is a time of self-exploration – and the MCT will help each participant make the most of this opportunity! The Multi-Competence Teams stay together for the duration of the program and work together on their Social Sustainability as well as their Business Master Project.
