Without visionary and transformational leaders, people lose their hope and future. القادة هم الذين يغيرون قواعد اللعبة. هم المستقبليون، ومحددو الاتجاه، وهم مدربو الابتكار، والموجهون. بدون القادة، تفقد المنظمات توجهها الاستراتيجي ووجهتها المستقبلية. وبدون قادة رؤيويون يفقد الناس الأمل ويفقدون معة مستقبلهم ومستقبل مؤسساتهم.
