● The liquidiser will not operate if the
medium speed outlet cover is not
correctly fitted.
● Never run the liquidiser for longer
than one minute - it will overheat.
Switch off as soon as you have the
right consistency.
● Don’t put dry ingredients into the
liquidiser before switching on. Cut
them into cubes, then remove the
filler cap and drop the cubes
through the hole in the lid whilst the
machine is running.
● Acrylic jug (AT262): don’t process
spices such as cloves, dill and
cumin seeds - they damage the
acrylic.
● Don’t use the liquidiser as a storage
container. Keep it empty before and
after use.
● Never crush ice on its own, always
add a little water.
● Never blend more than 1.5 litres (2
pints 12fl oz) - less for frothy liquids
like milk shakes.
● Smoothie recipes - never blend
frozen ingredients that have formed
a solid mass during freezing, break it
up before adding to the liquidiser.
