<strong>Get</strong> <strong>Glow<strong>in</strong>g</strong> <strong>Healthy</strong> <strong>Sk<strong>in</strong></strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Steps</strong><br />
1. Don’t leave home without sunscreen. Research shows that the best sunscreen is one with a broad-spectrum of sun<br />

don't do. For the best protection apply 1 to 2 ounces (the size of shot glass) of sunscreen on your body 20 m<strong>in</strong>utes<br />
before go<strong>in</strong>g outdoors [so your sk<strong>in</strong> can absorb it completely] and every two hours to any exposed sk<strong>in</strong> after that.<br />
2. Fight the signs of ag<strong>in</strong>g with ret<strong>in</strong>ol.<br />
