Day 1 - 16th November:
Bangalore
Arrive in the IT capital and food
bowl capital of India; Bangalore.
Welcome at the airport and
transfer to the hotel.
Overnight –Bangalore
Day 2 - 17th November:
Bangalore
After Breakfast, proceed for guided sightseeing
including: Vidhana Soudha, the State Legislative and
Secretariat House, Lalbagh Gardens, Bull Temple -
Built for Nandi, the sacred Bull, the vehicle of Lord
Shiva. Also visit Tipu’s Palace, the summer residence
of ruler Tipu Sultan and a blend of Indo-Islamic
architecture. Hyder Ali began its construction within
the walls of the Bangalore Fort and was completed
during the reign of Tipu Sultan in 1791. It’s now one
of the most visited places of Bangalore city.

Day 3 - 18th November:
Bangalore
Day free for sight seeing.
Evening transfer to the theatre
for the first performance of
Chi Udaka. Enjoy post show drinks
with members of the cast and return
to hotel.

Day 2 - 17th November:
Bangalore - Chennai
After breakfast, travel by bus to Chennai.
Evening transfer to the Music Academy
for performance of Chi Udaka. Possible
reception or post show drinks and
coach transfer back to the hotel.

After breakfast proceed for guided
sightseeing of Chennai – visit
Kapaleeshwar Temple, Santhome
Cathedral, Parthsarthy Temple, Marina
Beach and National Art Gallery.

Day 4 - 19th November
Chennai - Vishakhapatnam
Depart Chennai and enter the mysticism
of Vizag (Vishakhapatnam) and Andhra
Pradesh. Arrive and transfer to the
hotel.

Sightseeing with cast and crew. Spend
time with the creators, performers
and crew of Chi Udaka.

Take the short flight to Hyderabad
and enter a different India. Arrive and
transfer to the hotel.

Day 9 - 24th November
Hyderabad
After breakfast, Guided sightseeing of
Hyderabad.
Visit The Charminar: Built in 1591 CE.
This is a monument and mosque located
in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The landmark has become a global icon
of Hyderabad, listed among the most
recognized structures of India. The
Charminar is on the east bank of Musi
river. To the northeast lies the Laad
Bazaar and in the west end lies the granitemade
richly ornamented Makkah Masjid.
Visit Mecca Masjid: also Makkah: One
of the largest Mosques in India and one
of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad,
Andhra Pradesh, India. Makkah Masjid is
a listed heritage building in the old city of
Hyderabad, close to the historic landmarks
of Chowmahalla Palace, Laad Bazaar, and
Charminar.
Visit Salar Jung Museum: an art museum
located at Darushifa, on the southern bank
of the Musi river in the city of Hyderabad,
Andhra Pradesh, India. It is one of the
three National Museums of India. It has a
collection of sculptures, paintings, carvings,
textiles, manuscripts, ceramics, metallic
artefacts, carpets, clocks, and furniture
from Japan, China, Burma, Nepal, India,
Persia, Egypt, Europe, and North America.
The museum’s collection was sourced from
the property of the Salar Jung family.
Chowmahalla Palace or Chowmahallat
(4 Palaces), was a palace belonging to the
Nizams of Hyderabad state. It was the

seat of the Asaf Jahidynasty and was the
official residence of the Nizam. In Persian,
‘Chahar’ means four and in Arabic Mahalat
(plural of Mahal) means palaces, hence the
name Chowmahallat or four palaces.
All ceremonial functions including the
accession of the Nizams and receptions
for the Governor-General were held at
this palace. The prestigious UNESCO
Asia Pacific Merit award for cultural
heritage conservation was presented to
Chowmahalla Palace in 2010.
Then visit Golkonda: also known as Golla
konda (shepherd’s hill) a ruined city of
Southern India and capital of ancient
Kingdom of Golkonda (c.1518–1687),
situated 11 km west of Hyderabad. It is
also a mandal of Hyderabad District. The
region is universally famous for the mines
that have produced the world’s most
famous and coveted gems, including The
Hope Diamond, Idol’s Eye, The Koh-i-
Noor and Darya-i-Noor.
Evening transfer to the venue for the
Chi Udaka performance.

Day 12 - 27th November:
Hyderabad –Mumbai
Journey to the north and the metropolis
that is Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai and
transfer to hotel.

Day 13 - 28th November:
Mumbai
After breakfast experience Elephanta Caves. This network of sculpted caves
located on Elephanta Island, consists of two groups of caves, the first a large
group of five Hindu caves, the second, a smaller group of two Buddhist caves.
In the afternoon, experience a city tour of Mumbai visiting Gateway of India,
Dhobi Ghat, Mani Bhawan, Victoria Terminus & Marine Drive. The rest of the
day is free for individual activities.

Day 14 - 29th November:
Mumbai
Day free for shopping and exploring the
city. Evening transfers to and from the
theatre for Chi Udaka performance,
and post show reception.
Day 15 - 30th November:
Mumbai - Delhi
Head north to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and
transfer to the hotel.

Day 16 - 1st December:
Delhi
After Breakfast, experience the bustling laneways and bazaars of Old Delhi as we
drive through the old gateways, past the imposing Red Fort, before visiting the
Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Ride through Chandni Chowk to Asia’s largest
wholesale spice market on a cycle rickshaw and later visit Raj Ghat.
Later in the afternoon, explore the magnificent World Heritage-listed Qutub Minar
and Humayun’s Tomb - Last refuge of Emperor Humayun’s reminiscent of a luxurious
palace, rather than a Tomb. Enjoy the scenic drive past impressive Government
secretariat buildings and India Gate on the way to the performance of Chi Udaka.
Day 17 - 2nd December:
Delhi - Tijara Fort Palace
After breakfast travel to Tijara Fort Palace
in Alwar, Rajasthan. Once checked in you
can choose to stay and relax at the hotel
or see the local sites.

Day 18 - 3rd December:
Tijara Fort Palace
Day free to stay and relax at the hotel or
explore local sites.
As dusk falls you will be treated to a unique
performance of “elements of Chi Udaka”
performed across the magnificent Palace.
A moving feast of theatre followed by a
feast fit for royalty.

Day 19 - 4th December:
Tijara Fort Palace - Delhi
After breakfast return to Delhi to
enjoy the final evening in India. Join
the cast and crew to celebrate the
tour and say farewell to India.
Day 20 - 5th December:
Delhi
Depart India.
