Organizational Development<br />
Compassionate Atlanta has a very dedicated 12-member<br />
Board of Directors and an active Community Engagement<br />
Team (CET). This fall, Compassionate Atlanta Board, CET<br />
members and staff participated <strong>in</strong> a 3-year strategic plann<strong>in</strong>g<br />
process led by Sheila Virani. Dur<strong>in</strong>g this process the board<br />
revisited mission and vision statements, programmatic<br />
priorities and organizational structure.<br />
<strong>CA</strong>’s fund<strong>in</strong>g comes from generous <strong>in</strong>dividual donors, grants,<br />
partner support and corporate giv<strong>in</strong>g. Our goal is to grow<br />
each of these categories as we mature as an<br />
organization.<br />
<strong>CA</strong> was thrilled to get a $5,000<br />
match<strong>in</strong>g grant for year end giv<strong>in</strong>g and we<br />
met our goal by December 31, <strong>2017</strong>!
