Q. I am a Season Ticket Holder, how do I purchase my seat?<br />

A. Your seat will be reserved from 10am on Tuesday, January 9 th until 10am on Wednesday,<br />

January 10 th . You can purchase your ticket via the following link.<br />

Q. How many tickets can I purchase?<br />

A. There is a limit of one ticket per Season Ticket Holder, Half-Season Ticket Holder or<br />

Member during the relevant priority periods. Should the match go to General Sale, it will be<br />

possible to purchase multiple tickets.<br />

Q. How will I receive my ticket?<br />

A. All tickets for this fixture will be print at home and will be attached to your confirmation<br />

email which you will receive after purchase. Please note that digital season tickets in Apple<br />

or Google wallets will not apply to this game.<br />

Q. How long is my Season Ticket seat reserved for?<br />

A. Season Ticket Holder seats are reserved from 10am on Tuesday, January 9 th until 10am<br />

on Wednesday, January 10 th . After this deadline, any unpurchased Season Ticket seats will<br />

be released for sale.<br />

Q. Can I purchase a different seat to my Season Ticket seat?<br />

A. Yes, a Season Ticket Holder can either purchase their seat or purchase any other<br />

available seat between 10am on Tuesday, January 9 th until 10am on Wednesday, January<br />

10 th . It is only possible to purchase one ticket per Season Ticket Holder.<br />

Q. Can I purchase my Season Ticket at a different price category? For example, my<br />

daughter has an Under-12 Season Ticket but cannot attend and I would like to<br />

purchase her ticket as an Adult.<br />

A. It will only be possible to purchase your seat at the same price category that you<br />

purchased it as a Season Ticket.<br />

Q. Will it be possible to move my seat to a different area once I’ve purchased it after<br />

Season Ticket reservations are released?<br />

A. It will not be possible to move your seat once it has been purchased. Season Ticket<br />

Holders have the option of purchasing either their Season Ticket seat or any other available<br />

seat between 10am on Tuesday, January 9 th until 10am on Wednesday, January 10 th<br />

Q. Can I buy my Season Ticket seat and my friend’s Season Ticket seat?<br />

A. It will be possible to purchase multiple Season Tickets seats in the same transaction as<br />

long as supporters have correctly linked accounts and each ticket is assigned to each<br />

individual supporter.<br />

Q. My son/daughter is a Season Ticket Holder but I am not, can I buy a ticket during<br />

their priority period to join them?<br />

A. It will only be possible to purchase one ticket per Season Ticket Holder during the Season


Ticket Priority period so, in order to purchase an additional ticket, you would need to be<br />

either a Season Ticket Holder or Half-Season Ticket Holder.<br />

Q. Can I make a group booking?<br />

A. It will only be possible to purchase one ticket per Season Ticket Holder or Member during<br />

the relevant price periods. Should the match make it to General Sale, it will be possible to<br />

purchase multiple tickets.<br />

Q. Who is included in the Members priority periods?<br />

A. Members are classified as the following:<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> <strong>City</strong> Members (Adult, U19 and Junior Reds)<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> Bears Members (Adult, U19 and Junior Bears)<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> Bears Season Ticket holders (Full and Half)<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> Flyers Season Ticket holders<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> <strong>City</strong> Women Season Ticket holders<br />

• 2023/24 <strong>Bristol</strong> Bears Women Season Ticket holders
