Antimicótico<br />
• Neutropenia > 4 – 7 días con fiebre persistente o<br />
recurrente.<br />
• Si esta clínicamente inestable o sospecha infección,<br />
iniciar antes.<br />
• Si no tiene hallazgos pumonares:<br />
- Caspofungina (candida)<br />
• Si tiene hallazgos pulmonares:<br />
- Voriconazol o anfotericina B.<br />
- Hacer FBC con LBA (aspergillus).<br />
• Otros: Posaconazol.<br />
