<strong>Carlos</strong> <strong>Motta</strong> es un artista colombiano radicado en Nueva York cuya obra ha sido<br />

in General, Nueva York; Smack Mellon, Brooklyn; Konsthall C, Estocolmo; Fabbrica<br />
Europa, Florencia, Italia; Alianza Colombo Francesa, Bogotá; Winkleman Gallery,<br />
Nueva York; y Kevin Bruk Gallery, Miami.<br />
Su trabajo ha sido incluído en recientes exposiciones colectivas tales como<br />
The Greenroom: Reconsidering the Documentary and Contemporary Art, CCS Bard<br />

<strong>Motta</strong> cursó sus estudios de maestría en Bard College y de pre-grado en el<br />
School of Visual Arts de Nueva York, y participó en el Whitney Museum Independent<br />
Study Program en la misma ciudad. Ha recibido becas tales como la Guggenheim<br />
Fellowship en el 2008, la beca Art Matters en el 2007 y la beca de subvención de la<br />
Fundación Cisneros Fontanals en el 2006. Además ha participado en residencias<br />
