CON LOS OJOS LLENOS DE ILUSIÓN ESTAS METIDA EN MIS OJOS Vengo santiguado de lluvias astrales, Ha hecho carne en mi ser el piar De aladas avecillas. De lo alto, las navidades del valle Parten los cerros en dos, Sólo el gris opaco de tus faldas Repite el eco: ¡Estas en mis ojos! ¡Estas en mis ojos! CANTO A LA LUZ DE LA VIDA Por el cerro hinchado asoma sus blondas amarillas La redondez ígnea del sol. El hombre y la tierra se abrazan desnudos Al juntar sus poros abiertos, Copulan las semillas Y nace el pan en cada rama fértil Del bosque tupido de blancos racimos. CON LOS OJOS LLENOS DE ILUSIÓN Y en las ventanas de tus ojos Las sublimes praderas crean los días Donde a diario me escabullo Entre la gente, lavando mi conciencia Con la escarcha del cielo. EL ARBOL CANSADO DE PENAS Se remece el tronco del árbol, Agita sus brazos coposos Sacude el tallo ajado y cae la vieja cáscara; son escamas rajadas curtidas de vientos ariscos, cortezas destrozadas y sin nombre y en sus escondrijos se oculta la puerta reluciente de cantos sutiles en pos del paraíso de colores y de verdor. AL CLAVEL DE MI ILUSION No despiertes a la noche, Trénzale dormida sus cabellos Con una rosa roja inocente. Su corona de estrellas apagadas Secará la fuente inagotable de tus sueños. Mejor, con los pies de puntas, Sé botón de claveles de ilusión En vez de flor despojada de aromas, Por las garras hirientes de grave marchitez.
