urbanización y aprobación <strong>de</strong> loteo<br />
Finalidad <strong>de</strong>l Proceso Certificado que permite<br />
Cruce Funcional Dirección <strong>de</strong> obras , revisor , Oficina <strong>de</strong><br />
proyecto<br />
Entradas • Solicitud <strong>de</strong> interesado<br />
• Certificado <strong>de</strong> SERVIU, aguas Nuevo<br />
Sur ,SEC<br />
• Antece<strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> Áreas Ver<strong>de</strong>s, señal<br />
ética, arborización, numeración<br />
municipal.<br />
• Titulo <strong>de</strong> dominio<br />
• Proyecto <strong>de</strong> Urbanización.<br />
Salida Se entrega certificado con plano <strong>de</strong> loteo<br />
aprobado y autorización para enajenar.<br />
B) Pasos<br />
Paso 1 : Entrega a DOM <strong>de</strong> antece<strong>de</strong>ntes y solicitud <strong>de</strong> recepción<br />
Paso 2 : Revisión <strong>de</strong> Antece<strong>de</strong>ntes recibidos<br />
Paso 3 : Aprobación o rechazo<br />
Paso 4 : Entrega <strong>de</strong> certificado y plano aprobado con autorización para enajenar<br />
Paso 5: Se ingresa en la base <strong>de</strong> datos y carpeta <strong>de</strong> la propiedad.
