FORMULARIO PARA DEVOLUCIONES
Si no estás satisfecho con tu pedido y no encuentras nada más en nuestra tienda que te guste, puedes enviarnos el artículo y
realizaremos el reintegro del dinero que pagaste por él.
Dispones de 7 días para examinar los artículos que has comprado en tu casa y si no te convencen, puedes devolverlos.
Envíanos un correo electrónico a pedidos@treceshop.com, indicando “devolución” en el asunto y el número de pedido. Esta
solicitud nos la tienes que enviar dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la recepción del pedido. En el caso de que nos la envíes más
tarde, nos reservamos el derecho de no admitir la devolución. A partir de ese momento dispondrás de 10 días para enviarnos
los artículos que quieres devolver junto con el Formulario para Devoluciones debidamente cumplementado. Los gastos de envío
corren de tu cuenta. Transcurrido dicho plazo no se admitirá la devolución.
Tan pronto como recibamos tu envío te avisaremos y te devolveremos el dinero a través de una transferencia bancaria, si
elegiste esa forma de pago. Si pagaste tu pedido a través de PayPal, el dinero será reintegrado en tu cuenta de PayPal. Si
pagaste tu pedido con una tarjeta de crédito, el dinero será abonado a la misma tarjeta.
**Para que una devolución sea aceptada, el producto no deseado debe estar en el mismo estado en que se entregó, y deberá
conservar su etiquetado y embalaje original.
Completa y envia este formulario junto con el producto a devolver a la siguiente dirección:

Te enviaremos un Email cuando procesemos tu devolución, tan pronto como hayamos recibido el envío y lo hayamos procesado.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can change the items you bought. Before sending back your item, please
send us an Email to: orders@thevintees.com, so we can reserve the new item until we receive your parcel.
In this case, you will have to pay for the postage and packing, both for the return of the item you want to exchange and for the
parcel with the new item.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your order, and you do not like any other products in our Store, you can send it back for a refund.
In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing when you send back the item. As soon as we receive it, we will send
you an Email and we will refund you the money you paid by a bank transfer. If you paid by PalPay, we will refund you the money
into your PayPal account.
*All exchanges and returns must be done within 30 days since purchase.
**For an exchange/return to be accepted, the unwanted product must be in the same condition it was delivered, and must
retain its original packaging and labelling.
