inferior de acero galvanizado, aportan al contenedor
una resistencia extraordinaria, evitando deformaciones

- El pedal independiente de la tapa, permite abrir el contenedor
por el asa sin que el pedal se mueva. Incorpora cilindros de gas
que permiten un cierre suave con un movimiento sofisticado y

Big.Bin´s anatomy
Big.Bin está construido a partir de un exclusivo cinturón de
polietileno rotomoldeado. Elemento principal del contenedor
que soporta los esfuerzos mecánicos extremos a los que se
ve sometido durante la recogida, y consigue un volumen
ultracompacto al conectar todas las piezas que forman el
contenedor.
Resistencia 100%. El sistema DSB está compuesto por una
doble capa de polietileno, con un relleno de espuma de alta
presión en su interior.
Big.Bin es el primer contenedor del mercado en incorporar el
nuevo sistema Dual Structure Belt.

is the main element of the container, which supports the extreme
mechanical stresses to which containers are subjected during
collection and it achieves an ultra-compact size when connecting
all the pieces forming the container.

0 - El cinturón DSB es la base de todo el sistema, soportando todos los
esfuerzos mecánicos.
The dsB belt is the main part of the system because it withstands all the
mechanical stresses.
1 - La cuba del Big.Bin está formada por un cuerpo sencillo de polietileno,
permitiendo una gran flexibilidad para absorber los impactos evitando la
rotura.
Big.Bin's tank is formed by a simple polyethylene body, which allows great
flexibility and shock-absorption, thus avoiding breakage.
2 - Los refuerzos metálicos interiores aportan rigidez en la base del
contenedor además de contener las ruedas. Evitan el contacto de la cuba
con el suelo cuando el camión deposita el contenedor.
its inner metallic reinforcements provide rigidity to the container base and also
house the wheels. They avoid the contact between the tank and the ground
when the truck places the container.
3 - El cárter es el punto por el que el camión sujeta al contenedor. Está
fabricado en poliamida reforzada con fibra de vidrio para asegurar su
robustez.

reinforced polyamide to ensure sturdiness.
4 - El travesaño superior es una estructura rígida de metal que funciona
como eje de las tapas. Este elemento estructural favorece la vida útil del
contenedor evitando que las tapas cabeceen o se tuerzan cuando el
contenedor esté colocado en pendiente.
The upper crossbar is a rigid metal structure which acts as an axis for lids. This
structural element has a positive effect on the container's useful life, preventing
the lids to rotate or warp when the container is on a slope.
5 - Las tapas fabricadas en polietileno tienen diferentes dimensiones para
adaptarse mejor al cada uso (vaciado/deposición).
