iglesia. Así el papa tiene la facultad <strong>de</strong> realizar actos<br />
<strong>de</strong> gobierno eclesiásticos necesarios o convenientes<br />
para el bien <strong>de</strong> la iglesia entre<br />

• Establecer diócesis<br />
