El objetivo <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> siguiente práctica soldar cordones en cornisa.<br />
MATERIAL<br />
• Máquina <strong>de</strong> soldar por arco.<br />
• Conexiones y electrodos.<br />
• Equipo <strong>de</strong> seguridad (gafas,guantes,careta con cristal inactínico etc.)<br />
• Pletina <strong>de</strong> 150X50X5<br />
• Tubo abierto<br />
• Mordazas<br />
OPERACIONES A REALIZAR<br />
Cortar <strong>la</strong> pletina, realizar <strong>la</strong>s conexiones y <strong>de</strong>terminar el tipo <strong>de</strong> electrodo a utilizar, <strong>la</strong> intensidad y<br />
proce<strong>de</strong>r a soldar <strong>la</strong> pletina correspondiente.<br />
Para realizar este tipo <strong>de</strong> cordones, hay que graduar<br />
correctamente <strong>la</strong> Intensidad y evitar colgaduras.<br />

El objetivo <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> siguiente práctica es realizar <strong>soldadura</strong>s en cornisa.<br />
MATERIAL<br />

proce<strong>de</strong>r a soldar <strong>la</strong> pletina correspondiente.<br />
Trazar <strong>la</strong>s diferentes líneas en ángulo y procurar evitar<br />
<strong>la</strong>s colgaduras. Realizar <strong>la</strong>s <strong>soldadura</strong>s en varios<br />
tramos y contro<strong>la</strong>r <strong>la</strong> Intensidad y <strong>la</strong> temperatura <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
pletina en cada momento.
