Ha llevado su primera exposición, Ready to the
Alekxandra Koppf.
www.aleksandrakopff.com
Aleksandra Kopff (Varsovia 1982) llega a España
tus hijos.
Aleksandra Kopff
Aleksandra (Warsaw 1982) arrived in Spain in 2001
to study illustration in Barcelona, where she currently
resides.
She mainly moves between drawing, comics and illustration,
trying to keep her own style intact, often
running her works in black ink.
Her influences include artists such as Daniel Clowes,
Gary Panter, Julie Doucet and Hideshi Hino, but her
ultimate source of inspiration is her own existence,
and the drawing, a way of processing information.
She has taken part in several exhibitions, such as
the European Biennial of Young Artists 07/09 or the
annual fair Art Salamanca 2008. Last January, she
opened her first solo exhibition at the Gallery Benito
Esteban (Salamanca) under the metaphorical title I
want to be the mother of your children.
Carles Rodrigo.
blogs y revistas online: Urban Outfitters,
Booooooom!, Huh Magazine, Swtach, MTV
Playground…
En constante búsqueda de nuevas expresiones
y experimentación, actualmente desarrolla un
proyecto de colaboración con The Impossible
Project (Polaroid).
Carles Rodrigo (Valencia, 1985) is an industrial designer.
He has been always interested in art and particularly
in photography, but three years ago, during a black
the way of interpreting it.
Since that time, he has been self-taught by curiosity,
internet, books and magazines. Carles has defined
his own style, which has developed not only in Photography
but also in other areas such as Design.
Rodrigo is a contributor to numerous publications
such as Neon (Germany), Ling (Spain) and Dongxy
interesting blogs and online magazines: Urban outfitters,
Booooooom!, Huh Magazine, Swtach, MTV
Clara-Iris (Valencia, 1983). Ilustradora, bibliotecaria
Clara-Iris / Carne-Uno
Clara-Iris (Valencia, 1983). Illustrator, librarian and
designer, involved in the editorial collective Cuando
los ladros perran Ediciones and the fanzine Tigre
Enorme, Clara-Iris moves comfortably among the
lines of beauty and sordidness.
Thus, in many cases hidden under the heteronym
Meat-One, explores an identity which skirts the limits
of mature reflection and adolescent arousal.
“I like weirdness, that’s it. Or maybe it’s a sort of
passion for the figures of speech, but to go deep into
the sordidness is not a free exhibition of a grotesque
imaginary”
All this, to get to experiment, from a more extensive
the case, that the grotesque, for many as Rabelais, is
also synonymous with the beautiful.

Chuso Ordi (Barcelona, 1968).
el FIB en 2008; la exposición Loft is in the Air
(Poblenou, Barcelona, 2008); las proyecciones
para el músico Fur Voice (Galería Lucas Carrieri
This work path has taken him to experiment on different
areas where the line drawing is always present,
from the printed pattern to video animation.
Among his most recent works are Dj!, an intervention
Variations of Static I, II y III.
Por otro lado, con proyectos como Hypnagogic
views o Colour field intenta, de diferentes modos,
experimentar, re-encuadrar y distorsionar
su entorno. El interés en torno a cómo podemos
ser representados fotográficamente y cómo la
fotografía fragmenta al individuo, está presente
en todo su trabajo.
David Bru
David Bru (Alicante, 1981) lives and works between
London and Barcelona.
He studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Photography
at the London College of Communication
School.
Part of the work of David Bru is closely linked to his
own experiences and emotions, so it is a very personal
and autobiographical work. His images speak
to us about himself, either through his staged photographs
of Relationship Deconstruction I and II, or
through the diarist’s series Variations of Static I, II
and III.
On the other hand, with projects like Hypnagogic
views or Colour Field tries, in different ways, to reframe,
distort and experiment with his environment.
His interest about how we can be represented with
pictures and how they might be fragments of oneself
even unconsciously, is found constantly throughout
his work.
“Welcome to the tribe!” como bien dice él.
Very influenced by the drawings of his father, a shoe
He soon felt the need to explore and experiment
with new techniques and forms of expression both
Inspired by Indian tribes and mystic cultures, David’s
photos and illustrations recreate his own tribe, portraits
plenty of personality with multiple colors masks
inimitable.
Hell´O Monsters.
Hell´O Monsters
Hell’O Monsters are Jérôme Meynen, François Antoine
Detailed and Dieltiens.
In tune with his time, Hell’O Monsters have understood
perfectly that today’s monsters can be tamed,
and they play with the younger and even on the Internet.
As an introduction to “El Libro de los Seres Imaginarios”,
Borges wrote that “a monster is just a combination
of the real part of the man and his imaginary
self and their possible combinations are endless”.
Imaginary beings, born of fancy graphics of these
three artists are similar to their predecessors and
many tend to crystallize the fears and desires of the
men who created them.
A world of monsters to amend and re-organize, in
accordance with the adventures they face.

She uses the cassette as a painting support to incorporate
the artistic value of the object, the box cover
art, historical illustrations of the first magnetic recording,
text users, factory literature and reflections
on the experience of listening and exchange tapes.
Recording and sharing music has been for decades a
very famous activity and an important platform for
personal and collective expression. The graphs, designs
and other individual contributions as witnesses
of the role of communication and relational achieved
by the cassette.
Marco’s work reflects all this richness, skillfully combining
the graphic elements, making us participants
in a suggestive reflection about the recent musical
culture.

asocia.
