constante de 6O"C(Fig. 1- 16).<br />
La parafina fundida penetra en la intimidad de cClulas y espacios intercelulares<br />
de los teji<strong>do</strong>s proporcionan<strong>do</strong> el soponc fisico necesario para realizar el cone.<br />
Se realizara:<br />
• l pase por parafina fun dida durante 2 horas<br />
• I segun<strong>do</strong> pase por parafína fundida durante 2 horas<br />
