56 XIII. COMPETICIONES 80 Autorización Asociaciones, ligas o clubes afiliados a un miembro no pueden pertenecer a otro miembro ni participar en competiciones en el territorio de otro miembro sin la autorización de sus actuales y posibles miembros y de la FIFA, salvo en circunstancias excepcionales.

DISPOSICIONES FINALES 57 81 Casos no previstos y de fuerza mayor El Comité Ejecutivo resuelve en última instancia todo caso no previsto en estos Estatutos o los casos de fuerza mayor. 82 Disolución Si la FIFA se disuelve, su patrimonio se transfiere al tribunal supremo del país en el que se encuentra su sede, el cual tiene el patrimonio en fideicomiso como “bonus pater familiae” hasta la reconstitución de la FIFA. 83 Entrada en vigor Estos Estatutos han sido adoptados por el Congreso el 3 de junio de 2009 en Nassau y entran en vigor el 2 de agosto de 2009.
